Food was good and hot. I found it odd that this location makes you choose between fries or potato salad. They other Byrds I’ve gone to gives you both considering prices were higher at this location. Guy working the register didn’t seem too friendly. He rolled his eyes when I asked for a few more ketchup packets. $18 for my 2 pc tender meal and you’re annoyed someone asked for a few more ketchup packets?

The one tender for the sandwich is to small, the breading was coming off and wasnt hott. Service was sub par. The fries were decent, the sauce is good!

Workers are extremely rude. I ordered a VEGAN sandwich and they gave me REAL CHICKEN! When I asked three different times I was ASSURED it was the vegan meat yet the last time I asked him he said “oops it is real chicken” no apology or anything from him. Decided to try Byrds hot chicken inside Orland mall. It was mediocre. The chicken nuggets were basically generic air fryer nuggets and the fries were nothing special. And the Buffalo sauce was store bought. It was overpriced too. $8.99+ ta and the guy over charged me for cheese fries because he pushed the wrong button. Overall I would not eat there again.

Best hot chicken around! Better than Joella's, Raising Cane's by far. Their ingredients are all natural and the spices are balanced and consistent across experiences. Staff is legit and remembers returning customers. If you are at the Orland mall, you owe it to yourself and to your family to at least try this chicken. Many other choices available. All delicious foods.
