This location just seems to never get it right. Our family was in a pinch and needed to grab dinner. Typically we drive to Mokena or Homer Glen but took a chance with low expectations to grab quick dinner. The place inside is filthy, garbage is piled up and the didn't have prepared meat for food. Like almost nothing except some little chicken which they skimped on. Our bowl that I got was so little and the kids meals were almost 3/4s filled. Typically the kids are full with their kids meals but they didn't have enough food to serve. Last chance and will continue to skip this location and go to the other near by ones. I just don't get it... why this one is the way it is.

My recent visit to Chipotle left me incredibly disappointed. Despite paying for a meal, I received barely any food on my plate. The portion sizes were shockingly small, making me feel like I was being cheated. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to be so stingy with their servings, especially considering the prices they charge. I left feeling hungry and unsatisfied, with no intention of ever returning. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Also I've gone to plenty of diffrent chipotles but this one in particular stands out as THE WORST CHIPOTLE. To sum it up: They are stingy Bad service Don't recommend. Go to a different establishment if u can, there's a few Chipotles maybe 5-10 min from this one.

I ordered food from Chipotle on Wednesday and have been experiencing stomach pains ever since. I have since vomited three times and have been unable to keep food down since eating their food. I called the restaurant to complain that the order of chips was damaged; all but six chips were broken into small pieces and they were excessively salted. I explained that a physical condition prevented me from returning the chips that day but that I would do so the following day if allowed to do so at the drive through window. I was told that this would not be an option. I was told that I would need to return the chips that day along with the receipt. I love their food and regret that after these experiences, I will not be returning.

This chipotle is significantly worse than others in the area. I usually go to a further one bc they miss the mark so much. They are CONSTANTLY OVERSALTING various ingredients (usually chicken and beans) to where it tastes so bad you don’t want to eat it. They’ve forgotten the meat on my online orders multiple times.

Not ordering from here anymore, the quality of the meat and chicken keeps getting worse and I keep getting our order wrong. Chipotle used to be high quality now unfortunately it’s trash.Tried to give this place another shot. Got a burrito bowl and had really bad diarrhea afterwards. I don’t know what they’re doing with their stuff but it’s never fresh and always tastes like it’s been sitting out for sometime. Never going back here again. This place should be investigated.

Food portion is decreasing each time, today I barely get any food in my buritto bowel!! It is almost less than half what they used to put few months ago. It is not worth the price now, we are paying more for less food!!
The portions here are way too small it’s ridiculous and I understand the workers are only allowed to put a certain amount but compared to other chipotles I’ve been to the portion size is ridiculous.

We had such a horrible experience at Chipotle in Orland Park. It's a shame that we can't go back there, so close to home. We were told that the aggressive person yelling at us was one of the owners. He yelled at me and my sister for asking for more grilled veggies, he actually put ONE piece of bell pepper extra....ONE!!! Really! We don't eat meat so we are saving them money. When we brought that to his attention he went off and pretty much told us off. He started saying aloud that we were basically thieves trying to get extra free food. It was so humiliating and disrespectful that I had to write this review, which I normally don't do. Another man actually walked out because he asked for only vegetables nothing else, they told him he would be charged extra...really, he was only having veggies.....but he was smart and walked out. To the store owners...stop being greedy and give the customers what they pay for.

Going into the restaurant to order my food at the counter. Then being told that I needed to order my quesadilla online because for whatever ridiculous reason. Management needs to rethink this as it makes ZERO sense.

Very disappointed in the food my coworkers and I got for lunch today. We all got bowls and literally there was hardly anything in there. For example our meat there was like three pieces.
