2 coffees and a sourdough sandwich, 15 dollars. I got stale coffee and an uncooked sandwich. I was told I could get a replacement.When I arrived, I was treated horribly. I got the replacement. I was suspicious bc of the way the the whole dunkon crew was staring at me, when I checked my sandwich there was a bite taken out of the egg. It was shocking, I'll be bringing in a picture to show whatever manager I need to. Seriously disgusting, I would never go back. They mess with your food here.

This is honestly the WORST Dunkin I've ever been to. Through drive up I've always been given a sour attitude, very rude service, cold food, and usually something is messed up with the order. Your staff is honestly unbelievable and should really reconsider the ones you currently have. Especially the women working the window. Wish I could give 0 stars.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Breakfast sandwich was ice cold my doughnut was hard as a rock and staff was rude, they could care less about what they’re serving !

They gave me the wrong coffee. I called. It was in my phone log. I told the lady I'd be back the next day as I was working 16 hrs. They really tried to make me prove it when I handed them a full coffee. The second coffee was nasty as if they were upset to replace it. I went to another Dunkin and the coffee is correct.

Nice clean Dunkin' with fast service. A greeting like "Hello" would have bumped the service up a star. ? I have only gotten doughnuts there (nice & fresh) so I really can't comment on other stuff- oh- they DO have my favorite blueberry muffins too... ?

Horrible service. We ordered an ice macchiato with less ice and an extra shot of espresso and when we got it. It was mostly filled with milk. When I went in to say something I was screamed at and told that I shouldn’t complain because it was a “free drink” ( we had used our points to purchase it, the points built up from previous purchases. Then she told me if I want it remade with less ice I would have to pay $1 to do this. When I just laughed at her she finally said ok fine I can put one more shot into your drink but I’m not remaking it. It’s astounding how this place still has customers.

This is my first time coming here and it wasn't the best experience, they either "forgot" or just didn't put what I asked for in my coffee, and when I tried to tell them about the mistake I was met with a rude attitude and was told "yah, we put it in there," I know they didn't because it looked like water down tea. I will not be going there anymore, just save your money people.
