I was there on a Thursday night right at 7pm. Most of the lights inside were off and the doors were locked. (Closes at 8?)But the unlit drive-thru was open. I placed my order and drove up and waited by the open drive thru window while 4 or 5 teenagers (you could tell most didn’t work there)took selfies and had a great time.I get they are kids but I assume the owners still care about revenue and reputation. From other reviews I’ve read maybe they dont.

Awesome service, all the time. Product is the same as other DD's. But the staff is super friendly around 8am. Quick, friendly and efficient. Great way to start the day. Ps. A hangout for the county police in the am. Love it.

The person that rings you up in the morning is actually incompetent. The past three visit I’ve come here I have had issues with them charging me correctly. I highly advise you to request a receipt and be weary of what your paying for when coming to this location I definitely won’t be coming back here that’s forsure

ive frequented this dunkin on and off and before they didnt mess up when it was the adult crew but the teenagers always mess up orders. i went again around 8:20 this morning and asked for a chocolate long john and they just said ok and to pull up as usual but when i received my food it was a vanilla long john. not a big deal but its little mistakes that are inconvenient and its not that difficult to just ask the customer if they would want some type of substitute if theyre out of the donut you chose to order. this happened before too when i ordered two donuts and only got one. also when i ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese wraps and only got 2. id understand if they were out of some things but im there early enough for everything to be in stock. its just really inconvenient and risky at this location due to the age and lack of care for the teenage staff. if you go there and get lucky to have the adult staff there'll be no problems. they just need to train their younger workers with no experience. big lack of communication between workers and customers and the ambience gives a "i just work here i dont care if i screw up orders" again nothing but love to the older responsible crew its just the younger ones that could care less about the experience.

I wish I could give zero stars for service. The cashier manager botched a simple order, and I don't understand how she repeated the order back . Then I get the wrong order, and I tell them the order is incorrect but they don't know how to fix the issue ummmmmm remake Duh.
