Aldolpho was our server and he did a great job. He was pleasant and accommodating. We had the chicken sausage and hot peppers pan pizza it was good. The BBQ wings were cooked to perfection. The staff sang happy birthday ? and was extremely enthusiastic. Others had pizza which i have had in the past. It is good deep dish but i think thete ate othets a little better. Had wings, only 2 auce choices...buffalo and bbq. Wings were good but were slightly over fried making them a little crunchy.Kid friendly and plenty of parking. Pricing average for today.

My mom and I went yesterday and we dined in. We both love the deep dish pizza from Giordanos. We ordered a deep dish sausage for ourselves and a thin crust pizza to go. We also ordered the Bruschetta as well. Even though they were out of the Balsamic vinaigrette that went over the Bruschetta, the appetizer was still delicious! What made the visit so special was our sever Valeria. She was the best server we ever had in a long time. She was always coming to our table to refill our drinks without us asking for a refill. She did that at least three times. She even gave us to go solo cups and lids to take our pop with us. She was a wonderful server and we will definitely be back soon!

Love their pizza! Lots of flavor that will leave you wanting more! I ordered the deep dish Meats and more meats, it was delicious! It takes about 45 minutes for them to cook the pizza but it’s so worth the wait!
I want to say what a great birthday experience for my grandson and our family!Our server, Adolfo, made this gathering so perfect! He is so professional, enthusiastic and his timing was great!The accommodations were so wonderful! The stuffed pizza and thin crust pizza were enjoyed by all of our group!I highly recommend Giordano's in Orland Park for dining and for group celebrations. My appreciation as well to Jessie, the Manager of the Orland Park Giordano's restaurant. She and Aldofo made my grandson's celebration a memory we will always cherish! So we never actually got to eat there because we never got seated. We walked in and were told after about 5 min there would be a 15-20 min wait. Fine, no problem we sat and waited even though the place was no where near being packed on a Sunday at 1:30pm. My brother was in from out of town so he wanted to stop here before getting on his flight later to got home. 20 min pass no acknowledgement or update on getting seated, but we did notice a couple who had been sitting at a booth from when we walked in was just getting their menu given them and their drink orders taken. There had to be a total of 5 tables that were occupied in there but it seemed that there was not enough staff (problem everywhere) . So we decided to leave and go to Beggar's down the way. It was a shame because we have ordered takeout and the food was good. This time around, service was not on par.
