I always love Jersey Mike's, and this was my first time here. After seeing black mold all over the ice spout on the soda machine, I dumped out my soda and the bottom was full of black chunks. C'mon you guys... My two kids drank out of it first so I'm pretty upset as you can imagine.

Just had their Philly Cheese steak (#99), as per usual, it was genuinely high quality and good medicine, even! Wasn't feeling that great past couple days, really hit the spot and I'm thankful for that.Wanted to take a moment to appreciate the good work they do here.. you are greeted upon entering, good vibe in the atmosphere, particularly you can pick up on the professionalism and confidence.. which translates into feeling assured my food is going to meet, perhaps exceed!, my expectations.I don't eat out at too many places, so this is important enough to me to take a moment to give a proper review. If ever there arises an issue, it is immediately addressed.Jersey Mike's are hands down my go-to for when I'm in need of a quick sub or a Philly. I don't have favorites, re their workers, but I must give special mention to Johnny, Danny, Makiah, Gigi and Vic!Steven S. Long time fan! Thank you, Jm's!
I placed an order through GrubHub and was on a particular timeline because of an event we needed to get to. The GrubHub driver arrived and our order was not there. Instead of making new sandwiches to fulfill the order, the store refused and our order was cancelled. Once again, horrible customer service.

Friendly service and good food but my order was wrong ): I ordered an original Italian, however my sandwich was made just with turkey and pepperoni. It was still good but I would have preferred to have the expected ham, salami, pepperoni, and cappicolo combination.Edit to this review... It has been over a month, I was told to contact the email listed, I emailed twice, heard nothing... Will not be returning to this location.

Haven’t been in a while and now I remember why, service is very slow and pokey, don’t expect to get anything fast especially when there are only 2 folks in line ahead of you, sandwich was good thou but not worth the hassle of waiting that long in a short line, service as bad if not worse than a trip to your post office or your local dmv

Honestly my go-to when I need a good meal, hot or cold! Staff are always welcoming, friendly and take the efforts to ensure food is made to order. Even as I've been frequenting JM's, particularly this location, for so many years. They keep it exciting and make you feel as if you're part of the family. Healthy, fresh food and they know what they're doing! The rewards program is helpful as well. Everyone I speak with who is familiar with JM's usually has positive things to say.

I went to Jersey Mike's and my gift card was not working but since they were very nice they took care of it and only made me pay for the $2.00 drink, ONLY because it was our first ever time trying Jersey Mike's, the people there are very friendly!

Once again went to this Jersey Mikes... it was busy Sunday around noon. Several people in line in addition to online orders coming in. They made the sandwiches quick, The two guys worked it like an assembly line!The sandwich I got was excellent! Fast pickup.Thank you.
Jersey Mike's reminds me of my youth when my uncle took me for my first submarine sandwich in New Jersey. Was in the 1960's.Today this place has great sandwiches and fast service. Meat and cheese is sliced fresh to order right onto your sandwich. My go to is usually the #7 Turkey and Provolone and that is what I got on this visit. Of course I get it Mikes Way but I add mayo and jalapenos. Yum!Service was good and friendly. Store was clean and atmosphere was nice.

Upon arrival, I noticed my order was on the side, and no one greeted me. Granted, there were other customers in line and waiting. I thought I would have been asked if I had a call-in while they simultaneously worked on other orders. One person cashed a customer out and never looked my way while I stood by the rack where the bag should have been so I could get my order and leave. But no. I waited until someone felt like they wanted to ask if I had a call-in order. By this time, after waiting 5-6 minutes, I was highly irritated because they had multitasking issues. This was the first and the last time I would be visiting this establishment. The sandwich was extremely salty I could not eat but a fourth. I really want my money refunded.
