Worst JJ I ordered from. This is what I got for 9$ , For all who orderes unwhich, regular sandwich wrapped with lattes. But one slice of roast beef wrapped like that. Me and my husband got same sandwich same one slice . Paid 18$ for this!!!I asked the guy who made it about his name and he responded “Justen.. the general manager ?”

Food was great as always. The prices have increased and higher than I would like to see.Look, this is a good place for a sandwich. Even for dinner. We ordered two sandwiches for our Saturday night dinner. I ordered on the app so that we could pick up and go. However, when I arrived two of the three employees were leaning aganst the counter chit chatting with each other. My order was not only not ready but not even started. He said, oh, this just came in. Sorry, we wiil make it now. But I saw the order and they had just ignored it for whatever reason. I have gone here several times so I am not upset yet. But it better never happen again. There were a minimum of three people working at the time. And a woman came in after me and they made her wait until they had my order made.Again, good food. I will keep coming back if there are no further issues.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Their customer service is horrible, they will ruin your order EVERY SINGLE TIME, and if you call to ask them to fix it they will call you a liar, tell you off and refuse to help you. I had to call Corporate to get a refund. Never have I experienced such rude service over a nasty $5 sub.. this will be the last time I give this company my money.The only reason I'm leaving this review is because of how rude the guy spoke to me and yelled at me. Calling me a liar and not even letting me speak. I have never in my 40yrs experienced that. The kids this company has hired are SO RUDE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Don’t ordering online I gotta walk in for my order next time because this is the second time they mess my order up. I order 6 kickin ranches I get 0. I choose red velvet I get chocolate chip. Whoever’s working in there just throws everything in the box doesn’t even check the order if it’s right

I’m never the type to complain ever but my order took over an hour long asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do nothing .. called twice and when my order finally got here I didn’t get my drink so called for the 3rd time and they finally honored the refund and told me to pick it up next time very rudely .. ???????????? don’t go here
Some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! I got the beef and broccoli lunch combo. Not only was the food DELICIOUS I had enough for 2 meals.

I have been ordering using the Jj's ap for a while. Like that customizing is so easy and haven't gotten a sandwich wrong yet. The new Beefy Crunch sandwich is great. Really enjoy something different. Wish they offered a new side like slaw.

On 9/21/22 around 12pm I submitted an order through DoorDash which showed this location was accepting delivery orders. After placing my order I get a call from a white male who tells me they don’t have drivers and I would need to come pick my order up. Mind you I am at work and my whole reasoning for placing the order through DoorDash is because the workers were not answering in the first place. I told the worker I would not be able to pick this order up, he said then you will need to call DoorDash customer service to get your money back, I mentioned that it’s is there job to cancel the order through DoorDash to let them know they can not fulfill the order. I told the worker why do they show they are accepting delievery orders on DoorDash if they aren’t, he tells me they “forgot” to turn it off. I then get on the phone with the young man’s ignorant white Female co worker, who yells “I don’t care if you get your money back, that’s not my problem” she then proceeded to hang up in my face. I called back and got the ignorant woman’s name which is “Kayla” if they were even telling the truth. If this is how This location deals with problems I would never recommend anyone to even get a free cup of water from them. The ignorant white female needs to be fired for how she speaks to customers, I will make sure I keep complaining until they get rid of this entitled ignorant woman. I hope she sees this, because I will be calling corporate next sweetie.

Ordered for delivery over an HOUR ago and never got our food. Called and they refunded us but won’t deliver our food because they ‘close in 5 minutes’ and the delivery man is out making a delivery. Absolutely Bogus.
