Super cute and his cake They are a delight ?I loved them ?But there's something bad... the girl who helped me from the staff is Hispanic and according to her she didn't speak Spanish. And her badge said Emma ??♀️ Please…. Hire personnel who are BILINGUALAnd you will see that Hispanics and Latinos are the ones who consume the most. We don't mind spending on something we love.So more Bilingual staff.I will return to consume there again.Parking: It's a little small, but okay.

I was helped by an older woman with brownish red boy-cut hair. She was not pleasant at all. She did not greet me or smile, she was not welcoming. When I asked her a question about a flavor cake she was very short and unfriendly. I said have a nice day and she just looked at me and my toddler son in disgust. Will not be returning to this location ever again. Mind you this is the first time I ever went to a Nothing Bundt Cake Store.

Nothing Bundt Cake Orland Park was wonderful for my wedding two weeks ago and Joanne helped every step of the way! :) Not only did she ease my mind and made the process seamless, but she facilitated the set up at our venue which eased a lot of stress of myself and family. And for the price, we received more then enough bundtini's for our reception! I would 10/10 recommend for weddings, and even for just grabbing a bundt cake :)

I recently bought a few cakes from a festival this location had a booth at. I was telling the people how much I loved the cakes and didn’t know where to buy them so I was excited to see the booth. I said I was going to buy a lemon cake and my daughter went to grab it and the man told my daughter “not to grab that” and started fixing all the cakes in an exasperated way. The lady asked me if that was “all I was going to buy” and I said yes but then added another cake that my son wanted. As they were packing my cakes I told them again how excited I was but they weren’t friendly and just acted dismissive of me. There was not a line behind me either. I understand people can have a bad day or not feel in the mood to have small talk. Just sharing my experience and how the customer service rubbed methe wrong way. After having these cakes a while ago and remembering them for a long time I was just excited to share my joy of being ableto try them again.

I believe that I can go here regularly for the rest of my life! A person does not have to be a big cake or bake goods fan to love Nothing Bundt Cakes. Their quality and consistency is perfect. All food items are always fresh and perfectly prepared. I would like to state my favorite item and flavor but they are all fantastic. Even more they regularly have temporary items that are delicious and should be permanent! HA! This store is above the others as their service and friendliness is superb. I am a regular here if you haven't figured that out yet. My wife and I can't keep away from here.
There's not a whole lot that can be said. They serve a consistently great tasting product and great service. There was this one time I got a red velvet and the chocolate chips in the cake were practically non existent. But other than that, I have no complaints and I'll keto going back. Keep up the good work!!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEEE THIS PLACE! Joanne is the best honestly! Dealt with her for my wedding cake and for my anniversary. And she just goes above and beyond! And we've never ever been disappointed with any visit here! Even the manager of the store is such a nice person! All the employees are so sweet!

Called the store for ordering a birthday cake just now. The lady who picked up so not willing to answer questions…what a customer service!Read about customer service on other reviews prior to purchasing from here. Cakes are good but extremely poor customer service.
