This company sends discount coupons to be used in the event of a purchase, but unfortunately I do not know that when the employees show the coupon they are disappointed, the service deteriorates, and they make me feel like I am a homeless person or getting a free meal, and at the same time they reduce the amount of food that is supposed to be correct, and this has happened to me several times. Several times in this restaurant located in Tinley Park, 159 Street, the last of which was today at 7:51 pm, and the order number was 427529, and the cashier Veronica is supposed to go to a private center to serve customers, and she must learn to respect others.

I love Panda Express food. I have couple of my fave locations but this one is one of top ones at the bottom of the list. First and last time. Passing by I thought to give it a try. Got there at 8:25 pm they are closing at 9:30 pm. Google says 10pm. They had literally any food left on steam table buffet bowls. Rice was almost gone. As usually I order bigger plate. Wanted a Beijing beef. There was a bit left of it. Girl asked me if I'll wait and if I wanted to pay now. I said ok. At the register another girl asked about donation. I told her NO. They make billions a year ($5.1 billion 2022) they can afford to donate to charity's. Of course there was a bucket for TIPS and restrooms were closed because there were already cleaned for tonight. Heh and at the end when I was almost done with my food I had to ask about it. She forgot about my Beijing Beef she says. Terrable experience at this location. One star for cleanesnes.

Mushrooms in mushroom chicken were raw. Not undercooked but RAW. I've tried to eat the rest of the food because I didn't want to waste it but I couldn't after I saw those mushrooms. This place needs quality control. I won't be ordering from panda express ever

I purchased a order this evening. This young and disrespectful Hamas girl bagged my order up. I looked inside of the back to make sure everything was OK. This Hamas girl turned all of my orders upside down. All of the tops were at the bottom of the bag. I asked her why would she do that? She told me don't worry about it it's secured. I couldn't believe my ears. So unprofessional. No gloves on handling of the food or containers. Who wants someone else's nasty hands all over the containers passing germs? Not me. I won't be back to this joint.

Very nice store very clean and comfortable to have a quick meal.Tom the manager and Andi over counter and the staff members helped me with information in regards their menu and availability of their products, after having inconvenience in the Homewood location that they never have what is top product on their menu I decided to make this store as priority! Tom and Andi deserve a promotion and their hospitality was fantastic and their store is very welcoming from all members of their staff! Highly recommended in Tinley Park

The website clearly states open at 10 am and the DRIVE THROUGH OPENS AT 10:30 I called Saturday at 10 am he said we are closed and we open at 10:30 I didn't want to go to the drive thru,.So a man pulls up at the drive thru and gets all theFood he wanted . It was10 :10 amCan you tell me what's going on with favoritism? Or do customers need to find another place to eat?

Usually all the panda expresses I normally go to have the same taste of food items but this one did not. It had no flavor like the other locations I frequent. It seemed as though there was no salt on any of the food, veggies, or sauces. Also, I ordered through the app for the bogo deal for pickup and after I picked it up and got back into my car I realized that one of my bowls was wrong. She said she would give me a small veggie as a solution but I realized later a small box seems much smaller than half/half portion. The employee also asked me if that was on the ticket as if I didn’t know what I ordered so I pulled off the ticket and showed it to her and she said oh yea that’s right…meaning the ticket was correct and the bowl was wrong. Love panda, but will not be attending this location again.
