We were going to order shakes, but were told that the shake machine was already closed for the night, despite it being two hours until closing. My partner and I ordered burgers and shared fries. His burger fell off the plate as she was bringing it out to our table, and she picked it up and placed it back on the plate as if nothing happened. My burger was charred completely on the bottom, and I ended up asking for a new one. New burger was fresh. Fries were stale and old. I would revisit Smashburger, but definitely a different location!

Overpriced, but what isn't? Burgers are okay. Tarter tots are over seasoned. Chicken tenders are too salty. There are better options around.

The entire meal was extremely too salty. And it is very cold in here, and it is January 2024. But the staff is very friendly and will to do what was needed to please the customer.

I placed an order to have ready at 5pm. When I pulled up at exactly 5pm I got a text saying my order was ready so I went in to pick it up. My order was in fact NOT ready and I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be completed.I had to drive home 30 minutes and when I got there and unpacked to food for my family to sit and eat we discovered that there was an order of Smash Tots and Brussels Sprouts missing. Being that I live 30+ minutes away I was not going back to get the missing items.The shake we ordered was only filled half way. They used whip cream to fill the cup giving the illusion of getting a full shake.This is our first time ordering from SmashBurger and the overall experience was disappointing. I don’t see that I will be going out of my way for SmashBurger in the near future.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would, the service was absolutely horrible the employees were so rude. When I arrived there was no one at the cashier but a very long line people were leaving because they waited so long and no one was taking our order. At this time a employee from Panara bread came in the back and a smash burger employee was flirting with him laughing talking while the line is out the door she proceeded to make him a milkshake and he left. Instead of him waiting in line like the rest of us. I then approach her and asked if anyone will take our order she was very rude and told me that if I have a problem I should go behind the counter and take my own order I left after this I should have asked for her name because she deserves to be fired I will never again come back here. 01/ 19/ 24 at 7:30 pm she was a young lady with brown hair.
The store was very clean and the manager Chanique on shift was wonderful and very helpful! I would totally recommend this location to my friends.
