barista was very rude, didn’t say one single word to me and gave me a very weird look, handed me my drinks with no word and when i said thank you and to have a good day they just closed the window in my face. starbucks is usually a nice friendly place and maybe they were having a bad day but it was very unprofessional.

I ordered online and picked up my order. I actually ordered in the parking lot and doubled it because they had a coupon on the app for b1g1 free. My order wasn't ready immediately, but it only took a minute, and the person making the drinks spoke directly to me. She knew why I was there and did her best to get it ready to go.Parking: I was there at 10 am, so there was little competition for parking.
I ordered a pour over dark roast being the only one in line at the time, shortly after a rush came in. My drink was left on the counter incomplete while the entire line was taken care of and had to remind staff that my drink was not finished. When I received my coffee it was basically black (not as ordered). All I ordered was a coffee with 6 pumps classic extra half and half. I ordered before everyone and was the last to receive my coffee (20 min wait for a simpler order).

Absolutely terrible service. The older woman who i presumed was the manager, and another young woman in the drive thru were absolutely rude and were quitely talking about us to each other, but not quiet enough because we could hear everything. They accused us of trying to fake a mobile order when we had the receipt and handed them the phone with the digital receipt. Will never be coming back to this location.

Great coffee big Starbucks fans food is always delicious.
I love Starbucks coffee because it always tastes so good and fresh! It's always amazing when I start off my day with my usual brown sugar shaking espresso with a bacon gouda sandwich! The people are always so nice and kind! It just gives me calm feeling and it makes me happy and filled with joy!

If zero stars was an option this starbucks would get the grand prize. I went threw the drive thru Saturday. I had already went to 1 other starbucks looking for the pink drink. The other 2 said they was out of syrup. So I place my trenta size pink drink . What I recieve was 4 Oz of beverage and a full cup of ice. There was so much ice until the cup of liquid was empty before I could park my car in the same lot to go jewels . I usually don't complain but I turn around to go back. The doors to come in had a sign short staff drive thru only. I went thru they said they would remake the drink. Then a white lady looked me and said sound like you want a free drink. I'm not okay with her attitude she displayed after seeing 20 minutes later the cup is still full of ice. She assumed because I was black I am just looking for a freebie. Not the case. Her professionalism was horrible. After she argued with me she like I'll remake it this time. I said no thank you. I will never patronize this business again! This clearly unacceptable! I live in this community to think people are so rude and racist.
