Associates have no experience and are completely incapable of helping you navigate their app or any promotions. The associates can't even speak English and are unable to communicate to even fulfill job duties. So unless you already know your exact order and are planning on going in and out, I would highly NOT recommend this specific location. Any form of needed communication will most likely end in a failed or at least very dissatisfied result. This is a non-bias review, I am merely stating the facts of what will transpire if one should decide to attend this location. There are plenty of other good choices near by that will cost the same and have associates that are actually able and willing to assist customers if needed.

Came in and got two sandwiches to go. The sandwich I got for myself was made by an employee who must have been making cookies in the back and then helped make the sandwiches WITHOUT changing her gloves.I have a tree nut allergy, and up until today, I had never had a reaction THIS bad. I ate half of my sandwich and then began to have the normal reaction of an itchy tongue when I eat something that has touched or contains tree nuts.Then, 5 minutes later, my lip swells and goes numb, and my right eye swells up as well.PLEASE begin to take food allergies seriously while preparing food for the community.Dietary restrictions: Those with treenut allergies please be careful. There are cookies with tree nuts here and there is a good chance of cross contamination.

Cold cut trio made me sick. Meat looked discolored. After a few bites i could not finish. Had to continually ask them to put more than a pinch of spinach on. 0/10 will never go againStrongly recommend avoiding this location

Shady Subway. They always cancel your transaction at register after you put in your rewards number so you don’t get points for your purchase so you can’t redeem points for sandwiches. They have a sign saying they “don’t accept coupons.”Subway corporate needs to look into this. This manager is running this location against standard Subway practices.

Placed an order online, money was taken out of my account but the order did not show as “building” when money was taken out. I called the store and spoke to an employee who said to come to the store and they would make my order because I had already been charged. I showed up to the store and they refused to make the order even when shown my bank account with the money extracted. They then called their manager Mike, whom proceeded to yell at me through the phone. Unprofessional & unpleasant experience. Will be filing a complaint with the bank as they did not return the money to my account.

Can't tell you if their sandwiches are any good because we couldn't buy one here. Sign in front of store says, 'No coupons accepted'. No problem, 'Won't patronize'.

Sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Location was clean. Staff friendly.Disappointed location doesn't take coupons due to "rising food costs". In that case, stop sending them to my house, and maybe try offering a reward program if coupons are not working due to food costs (and stop raising your prices if you're not going to accept coupons).
