MICE OPENLY RUNNING IN THE PLACE.I hate to be the one to do this type of review but I legit saw 2 mice run from the kitchen along the ledge behind their soda machine. I will never ever ever ever eat here again. I’m beyond disgusted. I hope someone comes to do a health inspection!

Ordered yesterday from Door Dash. 2 Ham & Cheese footings and 1 6 inch Turkey with bacon. Saved the Turkey for today. Yesterday discovered neither ham sub had cheeseChecked the Turkey. Made cheese and rewrapped it to go back in fridge. Door Dash refused to do anything about this mistake. Now today I go to eat my "Turkey" only to find out it's Tuna. And door dash has nothing I can correct this with. So my whole order was prepared incorrectly. If I made the mistake ok but these were not my errors.

Zero stars all around Place sucks so badly. Just stopped in and asked for a foot long but for two different types of sandwhiches on each side. She proceeded to cut it in half ?? And do two six inches which is the opposite of what I wanted . Didn't want it cut. Honeslty wasn't that annoyed I knew she just wanted to make extra money and charge for two six inches rather than one individual 12 inch. Then she told us she put the sticker on the BMT so we can tell the sandwhiches apart, but ofcourse she got them mixed up! Unprofessional as always. Only location you cant get one 12 inch sun at with two different sides and the only location that doesn't even allow coupons !! Talk about poor. Ten sad minutes from my life I'll never get back LOL!

Family owned. Friendly folks. I've been there when Mom and Pop are replaced by younger folks. Still great. I've had sandwiches at other locations that were heavier on the options(veggies, etc) but the meat level is the same. I had the BMT. The closest to my home. BTW, BMT stands for Brooklyn Manhattan Transit. ?♂️

I work for Subway and this Subway only put 9 pieces of turkey on a foot long. There should be 12 slices on it. They also skimped on the cheese. Not happy with the service.

The employees stole my credit card number. They charged 27$ that went thru and they tried to charge 80$ in subway and my credit card called to confirm it was me.

Used the app to order, so when I came in the sub was already made, but the staff were extremely friendly, and the place was very clean, and they were friendly and fast to serve the person in front of me. I will go out of my way to come back to this location in the future.
