First time trying The Cheesecake Factory service was okay our waiter wasn’t attentive whatsoever we had to constantly ask him for refill on water plus he smelled like he just had a weed break but that’s a different story.Food was good big portions! Cheesecake was alright but if I’m honest even Sam’s Club tastes better. Restaurant was clean.

We got there at 3pm, 30 min wait to sit - no big deal - waited, got seated ordered drinks and appetizer ( Corn Tamale Cakes are absolutely amazing ) only saw our server about 3 times once to greet, once to get our orders and then checked on us once or twice maybe . 2 guests were gluten free, asked for the Spicy chicken pasta with gluten free noodles - server said " The pasta is GF but the noodles are cooked in the same pot as regular noodles " still ordered it and spoke with the manager and was ensured that information was incorrect. Finally got the food and the pasta noodles were not even cooked, extremely hard. Asked for a burger instead medium and was well done which took 25 min to receive that and was told that it would be out soon to ensure it was cooked properly, which wasnt correct and did not receive my side of fries. We were there for 3 hours and was extremely disappointed thankfully the appetizer was delicious but goodness gracious what a mess.

I have alway been a huge fan of the Cheesecake Factory. This was the first time I have visited the orland park location. I had a 415 reservation. I wasn’t seated until 445. I do understand being busy on the weekends. However, when I checked in the hostess toldUs we would be seated in a minute. There should have been better communication with delays especially when peopleWe’re walking in with no reservation and waiting as long as us. The food was delicious but service was mediocre.

Worst service I've ever had. Came for my wife's birthday and the waiter we had was awful. Never got offered a refill for my water and took him over 10 minutes to bring my wife a refill of her pop. Had to track someone down to pay the bill and get our to go boxes because we were waiting for them for over 20 minutes. I would not recommend coming here I spent $130 on mediocre food and horrible service. 0 out of 5 stars

Love this place. Really good food with a surprisingly extensive menu. Only down side that prevents me from visiting more often is the price, it's a bit high for me to make this a regular visit. Great for special occasions and also Sunday brunch is worth it.
