Terrible. My mom went around 3-4 pm on a sunday Bunch of teenagers that don’t know what they’re doing. Were plain out disrespectful towards her and wouldn’t help her with Order issue. Food was mad dry too

The girls who work the night shift on Tuesday nights are mean, ignorant, and flat out bullied my sister. She left crying from the way she was treated, as well as with the wrong order. The customer service of a business should never be so awful and mean that the customer cries. Especially when the customer was nothing but polite and soft spoken even when treated terribly and having a bag of food thrown at her.

Although I appreciate the manager allowing me to sub the meat on my breakfast sandwich… I do not appreciate her openly talking poorly about customers to her employees. Before you stand at the counter with your cooks staring and call someone a “comelona” for ordering one sandwich on their way to work… make sure they’re not a bilingual pregnant woman with a Hispanic partner
Each time I go to this Wendy's the food is very fresh. The people are friendly and they give you the order according to how you order it but out any problems and a switch back to the vanilla frosty and I mix my frosty with chocolate and I enjoyed it. Thank
The woman at the drive thru was very unpleasant. She rushed me while ordering and slammed the window after giving back my card. Food was hot but drink was flat and wasn’t given a straw.
