My family decided to visit this location after watching a movie, we don't have many choices for places open late to eat and have drinks here in Oswego. Our experience was great, the burgers were good and wings with all sauces were great. They also have a good deal for wings and house beer on Tuesdays, so it definitely was what we were looking for on a Tuesday night!! I also became a member, and it was nice to be able to play trivia games while hanging out. Our waitress was outstanding, will definitely be coming back!!Kid-friendliness: Great environment for families

Every single time I place an online pick up order I have to wait 20-30 PAST the pick up window.. Clearly the management doesn't care and the back of house is terrible. They never put enough sauce on the wings for boneless bogo wing day either.I used to place orders every week and I won't be spending my money at this location anymore.I also witnessed a bottle neck of like 12 ppl waiting to be seated for like 10 minutes while 2 hostesses just disappeared and weren't present at all. Terrible service and the district manager should take a look at this location closer.

The first issue is we received all of our food within 10 minutes of each other. When the last person got their food, the first person finished eating, a total of 30 minutes in between all of the meals.I was charged twice for blue cheese I didn't receive, they gave me ranch. We had several different waiters. When I tried to mention my blue cheese issue, the waiter cut me off and walked away. I had to actually yell towards to waiter to get them to turn around and acknowledge me for a box and the check. Everytime I come to this location it's always terrible service. Did the food drop in quality when you guys decided to switch out real forks for plastic? The bill was 60 DOLLARS for terrible service, dropped quality of food, and incorrect items on top of it. Will not be returning ever again.

idk what is up with this location but every single time i order takeout or delivery from uber, they ALWAYS without fail forget to leave out the tomato out of my wrap and im missing a sauce or dressing that i paid extra for. like how hard is it to double check my stuff? clearly who ever signed the receipt where it says "checked by" didnt check the order.

We walked out because the Buffalo wild wings in Oswego because the hostess was VERY rude and acted like we were a bother. I called and reported her to the manager, he said he knew exactly who I was talking about. He apologized and said he was going to address the situation. We used to go there a lot but now may go elsewhere. Such a shame.
