My mom and I went though drive thru and we order our food and the worker name Anthony made my mom and I laugh his customers service is awesome he took our order so fast and also the other worker Maria the both have amazing customer service and excellent positive attitude and also very friendly and very understanding and yes my mom and I will definitely be coming back to this location awesome workers and customer service and thank you to Anthony and Maria for being patience with my mom and IParking: A lot of space for parking very goodKid-friendliness: Awesome workers very friendly worker to kids

Food here has always been great. The downside of this place is that the interior has no walls, so you get no sense of privacy from other customers as you dine in and some of the meals are rather expensive. I love Burger King anyway and can assure you guys that the food quality here is amazing every time!

Best time to come is in the morning when the Hispanic lady is working the drive thru she always gets my order right she’s always super nice and polite definitely sets my day on a positive note every time she’s there in the morning best employee I’ve had to deal with out of all the places I go out to eat at for breakfast 10/10 go in the morning you won’t be disappointed.

Have been here once and used the drive thru. It was breakfast time but my usual BK in Joliet/Shorewood serves burgers ? so I thought this BK would too. They did not unfortunately. Breakfast sandwich I did get instead was good though. Drive thru employee was very nice.
Ordered a bacon double cheese burger last night. Came down with food poisoning symptoms at 2am.

FIRE ANA!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been coming to this burger kind all my life. Never in my time coming here have I seen such a bitter and petty woman before. The way watched and heard her treat the employees was utterly disgusting. Not to mention when she talked spit came out her mouth who knows how many people now have ANA's all over there food. I hope upper management sees this and either get rid of her and fix it before her cancerous behavior spreads. Or the least they could do is tell her to put a mask on so i don't have to worry about ANA's spit on my food. She has completely ruined this spot for me....
