The first time we toured this venue we knew it was gonna happen here! It's been 5 months since our wedding but everything felt like yesterday. The barn and field was absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and the team are super friendly and efficient. They made the wedding planning so organized and smooth that we would 1000% recommend! We didn't have to find any vendor by ourself beside photographer because they had everything, so easy! Thank you all SO much to make my dream day come true. We got married at Venue 5126 in October 2023. Our experience was absolutely wonderful! The venue is stunning and provides an "all-inclusive" approach to wedding planning. We loved working with the styling team which allowed us to rent decor and also bring in our own items to add a personal touch. We also utilized the floral team through Venue 5126 and the recommended DJ which made for a very seamless event, as all the vendors worked together well. Kristen made our entire experience feel stress free as she handles pretty much all the detail planning and coordinating with our vendors leading up to the big day. The billings team was also great with communicating billing deadlines. I also loved that the owners are very hands on and involved in the process and making your day perfect. I cannot recommend this venue and their amazing team enough!

With our budget, we could not afford a videographer but Alyssa with the amount of work she does going around capturing 2 minute videos of your day made it so special. What to say if not absolute perfection! We fell in love with Venue 5126 the moment we toured it, and booked it immediately! We loved that they have different options for your ceremony, both indoor and outdoor. We chose the pergola, where we also had our last private dance, and could not have for a more perfect spot to have our ceremony! The team is amazing, and everyone works so well with each other. Having in-house florist, stylist and day-of coordinator made all the difference. Kristen, Hannah and Annie worked together and made the whole process so easy and stress free. They literally took care of everything and surpassed even our best expectations. Our special day was absolute perfection and we have to thank the Venue 5126 team for that. The catering company they work with was also incredible. We had a lot of guests with different dietary restrictions and Sue at MyChef was so patient and helped us figure what the best option for everyone was. And the food was delicious! We also booked the photo booth and the pizza truck and they were both a success. We had a such great time that at the end of the night we were sad the day was over. Could not recommend Venue 5126 enough!

My fiancé & I toured Venue 5126 a couple weekends ago. I accidentally went to the wrong venue (I was touring 4 venues in a weekend) & thankfully Venue 5126 was able to accommodate us. While it was gorgeous, I think it’s VERY overpriced… They say there’s no venue fee, but then they force you to use their caterer & charge almost $200/person for food. From my understanding, there is no price difference for chicken vs steak, etc. That price per person also does NOT include alcohol! The owner told my fiancé & I we would be able to use a different caterer with a fee… which I was hoping to do to maybe be able to decrease the price. When I inquired more about this after the tour, I first was told that I cannot use another caterer. When I told them the owner told me I could, I was apologized to & that they would have to work out logistics, But ultimately was told “no” again.. my assumption is because they don’t know how much to charge me. Seems like they try selling the venue to couples by saying there’s no venue fee but then severely overcharge for food to make up for that. Such a shame because it was a beautiful venue.

Had our wedding here yesterday the day was fantastic! The staff here are fantastic and Kristen the coordinator did everything right and made sure everything went smoothly, the owner was in too and kept popping in and out and making sure everything was good. The day of there was one issue where we were told that nobody but us and venue employees of course would be there the day of but my now wife had mentioned to me when she got there there was a she said six people and a child just walking around coming in out of the house and weren’t supposed to be there. They left shortly after their arrival so I’m not sure what that was about. A few small issues I would like to mention prior to the day of. First when we got a tour of the venue we had Courtney be our tour guide and she went over some information with us afterward and there was a $14,000 minimum and we asked Courtney if any add-ons we picked would go towards the minimum and she told us yes. So we got our rough draft of what we owe total and it was greater than the 14 and that’s when we found out that in the contract itself it said any add-ons would NOT go towards the $14,000 minimum. Shared responsibility is a real thing. Yes , we should’ve went through the contract and made sure but at the same time Courtney shouldn’t have said yes to our question if she wasn’t 100% sure on her end. My now wife called the owner and explained the situation to see if there’s anything can do in the owner made an exception for us, we are grateful he did that. Another thing for anyone that reads this review read your contract! So we got asked if we wanted to meet with the stylist and we said yes then we saw in the contract if you had a meeting with the stylist and you didn’t utilize her or go with her for styling you would still be charged 350 bucks. We contacted Kristen about this and she said we wouldn’t be charged because we didn’t set up the meeting we were offered so we just wanted clarification. One last thing the billing lady (I don’t remember her name) asked us for our alcohol list way way way too early when it wasn’t even needed yet. For clarification, this wasn’t a reminder she was asking several months ahead of time when it just wasn’t needed at the moment and it was just a little annoying. There’s a fine line of just a reminder like if you’re two weeks out of needing it versus a few months.

Oh WOW! Venue 5126 is awesome. It was nice to have different spaces for the wedding ceremony, dinner, dancing, and beautiful sitting areas to get fresh air and talk. The staff was so friendly, the food was delicious, and the grounds were beautiful. The decorations and ambiance were amazing. I definitely recommend this location for a wedding.
