We added our name to the wait list prior to arriving. When we arrived we were told it would not be very long before being seated. Decided to go to the bar to wait. Bartender, Mitch, was fantastic! Great at making drinks, great at making us feel welcome. We decided to order at the bar! Mitch took our order and had our food out in no time. Great service, and great food. Will definitely be going back!

Our server was decent but the 6oz filet I ordered medium rare came out rare to almost blue… it took quite awhile to get our server’s attention but finally they took my steak back to cook it more. A manager brought my steak back out & had me cut into it again and it was still rare… my fiancé asked her what she thought it looked like and she agreed it was pretty rare still not medium rare. So they took it back again & when they brought it back out, it was now medium well… pretty much well done. My fiancé who has worked in a restaurant before thought for sure they would bring me out a new steak at that point, comp the steak or give us a free drink or two… at least something. They did nothing for the inconvenience and never apologized, just handed us the check. For a $25 steak, it should have been cooked how I ordered it or should have been taken off our bill since I couldn’t even finish it. We will definitely not be going back to Longhorn ever again.

So me and my son have been going to this Longhorn Steakhouse for a long time now, we always looked forward to on Sunday is our thing. I always get the parmesan crusted chicken & he gets the 8oz sirloin steak well done. Even get dessert pay and tip them right. But after today I will never go back. Is rarely for me to complain but I did my chicken, wasn't cooked properly so I told our lovely waitres ( she was wonderful) she proceed to get the manager ( Kristen by far one of the most coldest individual, I have ever met in customer service head of the restaurant" ok. I told Ms Kristen my chicken, felt chewy and it wasn't cooked properly and it's raw. She looked at me with annoyance and said hmmm I don't see it and took the plate from me and that's it I didn't even know what was going to happen not an apology or anything. NOTHING. The restaurant was not even busy. I wasn't trying to get a discount or not pay for my meal. But I believe I deserve a good meal if I'm paying for it. She then send the waitres to clear our table and give our check. I asked her so what's going to happen? She said oh she is just not gonna have you pay for the meal" I was speeches my Sunday was ruined. And I just thanked her and said ok. I have been in customer service specialist for 15 years. And the attitude just attracts negativity and its not good. KRISTEN should definitely get more training or coaching because she is a manager" a leader someone the has to understand the people are the business" and positivity and a great attitude go hand to hand. Good luck I'll rather take my money to canes or culvers I get better treatment there.
