Literally don't go here, the one 5 minutes north on Douglas has cheaper prices, better service, and better hours.On this one the app never works, always get your order wrong, and costs more (different franchises can set their own prices), just take the detour if you want McDonald's.

An absolute horrible place for young kids to work at. The “managers” treat the kids like they are nothing and talk about them in Spanish while laughing. The company claims to care about school but then completely ignores schedule requests when they come in. They do not communicate with or care to take time to train the employees. Do not send your kids to work here.

I’m typically not a fan of McDonalds in general, but in a pinch when running kids around to activities there aren’t always many quick options. This drive thru was pretty decent though. The service was pretty slow though for a couple burgers and drinks.

The food is up to expectations about 75% of the time, which I find fair for a busy chain, but the wait should not average me around 11 minutes for two sandwiches, sometimes when they aren't even busy and the inside of the building has an absolutely RUINED experience because you are sure to have flies all over your food. There are always uncountable amounts of these maggot makers everywhere!Vegetarian options: They can meet almost any vegetarian need!Parking: A perfect amount of spots for the business of the building!Kid-friendliness: They are not special in kid friendly, as they actually just avoid kids. Nothing special.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is likely a bit of a struggle because the mudrooms have zigzag floor plans, but it seems manageable enough.

The McFlurry I got was gross, it had smeared ice cream all spilled out of it (thats how it was handed to me) and i paid for extra oreos and it was just plain vanilla. globs of ice cream were falling off the cup into my car.

The cashier was great. I was disappointed that salads are totally gone. The variety is not changing or enlarging so if your after the same old same old just because you like the fries and a Big Mac then this place meets your needs, but won’t exceed them.

I waited 25 minutes for one McFlurry and am very unhappy with how the workers were just standing there talking while I waited. Also my friend payed and the machine did not give him a receipt and then the manager was questioning him and almost didn’t give him his food even after he was charged and payed. This was highly disrespectful and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I don’t recommend.

This McDonald’s is the absolute worst and the people that work there is just as worse as food that is never fresh. Stacy the manager is an absolute nasty person. How can you handle food but come out of the bathroom without washing your hands. How do I know this because I have seen her at the drive thru window and I asked her name after witnessing her not washing her hands when I came inside to use the bathroom. Just disgusting. The Schmidt’s need to do a pop up visit 1 day. Most of the crew would be terminated.
