I had placed a large order and had asked if I could have a larger bag to carry everything in. Was told they are running low on the large bags. I totally understand if I was asking for a large bag when my order was under $100 but more order was well over that. Made my carrying the food order out more difficult.

Mikey and Valeria totally made my day!They went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of. I asked a million questions and they remained pleasant the entire time they made sure I was able to order a satisfying gluten free meal. This is only my second time ever trying something from Noodles.Management should be proud! You've got a great crew on your hands ?

Ordered online via noodles website for delivery. Driver stole our food. Doordash says its noodles that owes us the refund since we ordered through their website. Called Corp, no answer. Emailed them 3x with no response. Noodles and company stole my money and will not respond to phone calls or emails. Don't order from them. If you do definitely don't order through their website. Customer service is nonexistent.
