Can't say anything bad against Panera. Food is consistently good. Prices are reasonable for what you're getting. I don't do fast food restaurants at all so Panera is my perfect substitute as far as I'm concerned.

I swear the general manager of this location has no idea how to run a bread restaurant. If you are constantly running out of bread items EVERYDAY before dinner rush. Idk maybe make more bread? Seems simple enough to me, I’m not sure why this location doesn’t understand that. I guess if you work for a living you can’t eat at Panera BREAD. Too many times now. Can’t wait for a new place to open

I won’t be going to Panera or maybe just not this location specifically anymore. They’re very skimpy when it comes to the food, the prices aren’t necessarily cheap so the amount of food given needs to match the prices we pay. I have had an issue on several occasions with my salad, sometimes they make them full and sometimes they absolutely do not. Why am I paying $13 for a salad not even half full when I can just go to chic fil an and get a very full salad for $10? Which is exactly why I might need to just stop going to Panera as a whole. I didn’t have time to go back in today because I would’ve been late for work, but I also shouldn’t have to keep asking an establishment to actually make the salads full/be consistent.

I met a friend here to talk about business solutions. I ordered a half sandwich with soup and cold tea. The staff was so friendly and courteous. It was nearing closing. They patiently waited. Love this place!

THANK YOU PANERA illinois for this delicious experience. we got some charged lemonade and the first thing i said was “that’s damn good” ? we ordered some bagels and TURNS OUT, they were out of the ones we wanted so we got sesame bagels……yikes… so the employee gave us FREE COOKIES!!! it was scrumdiddlyumptious. anywho, thannk you panera illinois and cookie man for this experience. we don’t have much money so getting a $1 bagel was frankly busting my pocket. i was practically giving birth it was so good.. matter of fact I WAS! thank god for the cookie man knowing how to birth my sweet baby boy.. welcome to the world chip (chocolate for short)
terriable music choices, my girlfriend was very distracted while studying and that's unacceptable, we will be returning it we won't be happy campers because of the terrible, horrendous, unacceptable and unnecessary music choices.

Food is always great BUT the drive thru wait times need to be shortened. There have been 2 separate times where I've had to wait over 20 minutes for my food in the drive thru (not large orders). No apology for the wait from the person at the window or anything. They do have a drive thru waiting parking spot around the corner which they clearly do not use.
