Beware, very poor service. Not a smile on any employee's face. Ist employee didn't acknowledge us to take our order. When she finally did it was because my wife asked if she could order. When we went to pay the kid at the register was wearing a head mic that covered one ear and had an earbud in his other. Needless to say he had trouble hearing us. We then got snapped at when we had the audacity to ask where our food was when 2 orders after us got their food while we had been waiting. Neither order was 100% correct. The so called bacon on my sandwich was for the most part non existent. The couple tiny pieces were just burnt crumbles. There is no management here and very poor service

I order through the App, Potbelly rewards and the convenience, however this location prepared my order incorrectly.As a result, I tried calling them the next day for a resolution, nobody picks up the phone, called several times.I can see why so many complaints were made about this particular location…. Avoid at all costs”

Food prepared wrong from this location now twice and missing items the team in the store has zero communication between one another so much to the point the girl standing around working the register is asking the customers what they ordered, and still leaving items out of the bag.

GET THE ROAST BEEF W PROVOLONE AND HORSERADISH AOLI! Se Magnifiquè! I recommend it on their flat bread, but you cant go wrong with a skinny (where they hollow out some of the white bread)....again, you will thank me! Go do it
