DO NOT ORDER A SALAD!! Smallest salad I have ever had. 5 pieces of spinach, 3 tomatoes, hardly any veggies. Worst ever. They forgot the side of pickles and the sandwiches were skimpy as hell. This Subway at this location is not getting my business anymore ??

This is the worst subway location ever. The management is terrible and downright rude. I've seen her berate her employees. They are the skimpiest subway ever when it comes to their toppings. They never accept coupons or participate in any deals either. I actually drive further up the road to a much better Subway It's located in Walmart.

My family loves Subway. We've been coming to this Subway for a LONG time. We have a big family. We've had rude encounters with the manager a couple of times, but the last one was the final straw.After ordering our sandwiches, my 12 year old daughter went to ask the worker (the manager at that time) for a plastic knife. The manager said, "Your family is so needy" and reluctantly gave her the knife. My daughter came over to me in TEARS. When I approached her and asked her if she said that, she admitted to it and continued to JUSTIFY her actions (in front of my child who was still crying), saying that my big family always orders "soooo many sandwiches" (usually 4 sandwiches to split between all 9 of us). We were appalled, as was everyone else in the store who witnessed it. We said we would not coming back. She said, "That's what you said last time." ??? The nerve! Then I remembered that I DID say it a while ago because of more rudeness and difficulty of using coupons/rewards we earned. The vibe from management here is stingy-ness, unkindness, and poor customer service. We are hoping for new management (or apologies) so that we can once again enjoy Subway in our hometown! We reached out to corporate, but there was no response. It's unfortunate. We are super forgiving people, but it helps when there is a genuine apology for unacceptable behavior.

Very unprofessional management, I saw them cleaning the counters/tables with a cloth which was almost black in color. Very unhygienic.

This subway is a beautiful place, located on a misty lake where the cats move unseen amongst thereeds. Our families have been coming to this Wendy's for generations. However last time we were herethey did not have any bananas, and we were promised donuts, but alas they were being saved for hunting grizzly bears. The bacon Asiago sub is always a culinary delight. Props to chef Dwayne johnson.

Well the place was good for a little while until.. every time I entered the store and the manager was there (Chandrika) would always be rude to her workers and give me attitude and wouldn’t acknowledge me. Than I hear she is keeping money from her employees. She is suppose to hand their workers their tip money and she makes up lies saying they owe her. I feel she is unprofessional and I know she works at another subway so I’m pretty sure she is stealing from her stores and employees. This is not ok. She would not even talk to her employees to compromise the situation and hold their money that they’ve earned. Hopefully they fix this issue fast or their stores will get a bad rep..

Terrible food, extremely skimpy on the meats and cheese. I ordered the Cali Fresh foot long. It gives an exact description on the menu but when my Dad went in to get it they asked him what kind of cheese and toppings. I picked it specifically so he wouldn't have to decide anything. So I did not get what was on the menu. I weighed the turkey meat when I got home and it was literally just over an ounce per half sub and the cheese slice was so thin I could not tell it was even there. The same with the avocado. I'm not sure it was put on. There was a very small piece of bacon but the sandwich tasted like bread and mayonnaise. I'm not kidding those were the two major items on the sandwich and it cost $12. I could have gone somewhere much nicer for that price. It was a total of $31 for 2 subs and 2 bags of chips. A complete rip-off. I will never go to subway again!

Manager on duty was rather rude to me when I asked for extra olives when barely any were put on. She snapped at me no or we will have to charge you. Mind you not many were put on in the first place. They also didn't listen to my fiance about what bread he wanted and gave attitude when he corrected them. Won't be going to this location again.
