When yur asking a question to the cashier, do they talk fast so they can just get it over with or at a normal pace of speaking so you can understand what they are saying?I think our cashier we had that night was practicing for a speed reading contest ?I had to ask him to repeat himself, he then looked at me with as if I was inconveniencing him.Culver's is Culver's. There food is pretty much the same everywhere.

I know this sound like a petty thing to complain about but EVERY time I order ice cream with my choice of topping I never get any. Pretty disappointing considering their high prices.
I am a food junkie and have been to many Culvers location. I recently relocated to this area and fortunately i am not pleased w/ the food at this location. As always the customer service is top notch. Polite/ respectful & they know the menu. The food..... lets just say the grill needs some a refresher course on proper grill managment as in cleaning the grill etc. This review comes after 6 visits and a Culvers websote review w no reply. I have ordered a Cod fish dinner/ 3 varieties of ground beef sandwiches and chicken te dera twice. Im sorry but i have never experienced a Culvers being so greasy. Obviously i love the place, i kept going back different times possibly different cooks but. Well tonight was the last time. Its my only complaint is the grill is not properly managed.

Nice friendly staff. Conveniently located off the interstate and next to Starbucks.
Best burgers & frozen treats in town. Frozen custard is the way to go. The fried fish is awesome too. More fish than breading. Highly recommend.

I haven't eaten at Culver's in a really long time I went there a couple weeks ago and of course you got to wait outside when you put the sticker on your mirror and wait for the food by the time it gets to your car it's cold anyways specially the freeze you might have left them in the
