Do not go to this Hardees, Manager was very rude, felt like we were being rushed to order, had a very smart mouth and attitude. Got to the window to pay for food their system was down so they took my 40 and told me to pull forward and after sitting and wondering what was going on with the food and my money for around 10 mins, we decided we would go somewhere else, my fiancé went in for a refund and they refused to give it to him. Manager came marching out to my car talking loud and obnoxious saying that it cost her money to make the food and basically we couldnt have a refund . After going back and fourth with her I just said forget it because at that point I wanted to get out the car. Just told her whatever took their garbage food and pulled off. I see why theres absolutely Nobody going there and the parking lot stays empty. Please someone teach her the proper way to manage a business. Never again will I go there. And no reciept was given.

I believe Hardee's burgers are delicious. Having said this, Hardee's must be the worst fast food restaurant chain in existence. They offer promotions through their app, yet it is the most dysfunctional software ever designed. Two-thirds of their restaurants are located in truck stops so you can't use the app for them. I found this Ottawa, IL restaurant within a mile of the Interstate so I thought I would order something to be picked up and the app did not honor the promotional prices, the app would not allow me to see what I had selected until I paid for food, the app would not allow me to edit my order, etc. I finally gave up.

Had a mushroom combo meal with a strawberry shake. French fries smelled so bad could not eat them stunk up my whole van. There shakes was a joke did not even mix it up a1/3 of the cup was one big scoop of ice. Not mixed, bottom was all ice cream, not mix. Won't be eating here again. Worst thing it was lunch tome n place had no one there. That should of been my 1st clue. Ottawa, IL

No one inside but me, ordered. Waited 10 minutes, another lady came in that gad ordered online, they didn't have it, finally asked me what I ordered, then realized it was sitting in the rack all along. Curly fries were just tiny pieces, onion on burger was tough and chewy.

Fast, friendly service dining in. the young man making the orders delivered some amazing juicy chicken tenders. This Hardee's is the place to go for your chicken fix. thank you for your services.
The restaurant is very clean and the staff were all helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

The manager Jackie was wonderful. The Frisco breakfast sandwich was toasted perfectly, the hash rounds were nice and crispy and hot.

The food was very good and the service was nice, but the wait was close to 15 minutes despite there being one other person in line and maybe one other person in the drive through and there being around 4 to 5 people on shift at the time. The store was moderate clean but the floor near the counter seemed sticky. Would recommend if you want a good meal but have plenty of time to kill.
