The wait times inside are unreasonable. It feels like drive-thru and online orders are prioritized. Today I waited inside the store for 30 minutes for one espresso drink. As a former Starbucks employee, this is excessive. The drive-up needs to be balanced with mobile and walk-in orders. My advice is to go to the drive-thru here, or you will spend 20-30+ minutes waiting for your drink, whereas fhey have to give it to you right away in the drive-up. Honestly one of the more disappointing Starbucks I've been to. Staff was friendly but they were out of a lot of stuff like cold brew coffee and food. It was very crowded and I feel like it really came down to the staff not being efficient in knowing what they are doing.

Limited staff. I stood at the register with a staff person making a drink. She couldn't be bothered to greet me or ask me to wait.She turned away from me and I asked her if I was in the wrong place to order???Then she acknowledged me and asked me to wait for a young man to come. He was pleasant and took my order.It took 10 minutes for my name to be called. There were 8 people inside.Not a great experience.
