Ordered online. Ordered double meat - no double meat, didn’t even look like a standard portion of meat. Ordered light mustard - entire sandwich was swimming in mustard so much that it covered the outside of the sandwich. Other toppings were either super heavy or practically non-existent. Sandwich was remade then given back to me in same used bag from original sandwich. Will not be back ever.

We bought 2 six inch subs that had sooo much dressing on them that we couldn't eat them. They didn't give us any napkins to try to wipe off the dressing ?. The guy that made them seemed nice but our sandwiches were inedible.

It took 35 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, and 2 bags of chips in the Ottawa Illinois Subway.I have come to the conclusion that this generation of 20 plus workers are either not motivated or checked out.The Subway it self like every other, but service was like waiting for paint to dry.I rarely give them business and now I'm sorry this Saturday at 2:30 in the afternoon, I did.Lesson learned.

They offer good deals with the app (Buy one get one 50% off and buy two get one free). Cheaper than Jimmy Johns and tastes about the same (slightly worse). They do have a smaller max size (JJ having a 16 inch to Subway's 12 inch).If the staff were cleaner I'd rate it higher. I regularly see employees touch their face and clean things and not wash their hands before making sandwiches (just putting on gloves). Don't start orders until you say you're there (and take their sweet time).They rarely have creamy sriracha. App sometimes sends orders into limbo.NEVER order through the drive through. They have a bad touch screen that takes forever.
