This was a delivery order for dinner. I ordered the special. I had a large pizza with mushroom, pepperoni and sausage. My husband had pepperoni, bacon and onions. Both pizzas light sauce. He also ordered the boneless wings since it's .60 each today. I only ate one slice, but the pizza was delicious. I was kind of upset because i always order well baked, and they didn't do it. But it was ok. My husband ate 4 of his slices and all 6 of his wings. We will definitely be back again, but I will make sure they well bake mine.

When a restaurant is OPEN until 10pm, like any restaurant I’ve ever worked in, if a customer places an order before you CLOSE at 10, you fulfill it. You don’t take said order then call back And say nope sorry we can’t make your order even though you ordered before our closing time. Funny thing, my follow up call after to two OTHER pizza huts, both said they would honor The order and asked what I would like! Then explained i what happened, and they apologized for you, and to my upset kids! I’ll drive to Peru for my next PH. Highly disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. Pizza is NEVER cooked enough. There are so many better options. Do everyone a favor and close your doors

Never again. Ordered over an hour ago. Food never came. Called for the status and the person who answered was so stoned he couldnt say where my order was or barely speak English. Then called back a half hour later....still no food...AND they just closed. Luckily someone (same guy) answered and we cancelled. But no refund. I'm going to have to go in there to get my money back tomorrow. I'm disgusted. Don't order from this hell hole.
The app messed up and gave me basically not what I ordered. Called and spoke with manager John and basically he said tough luck, not our problem also I ordered 3 cups of the cheese sauce didnt get it, went in to grab it and they said basically didnt have any made and thought it was ok to not acknowledge it. But went ahead and made me cups with grunts. .. if you dont like your job, don't work there. Have better respect towards your customers.

I wish I could give this establishment zero stars. Every so often I will go back to this place hoping that it will be better, that they improved the staff and filthiness. This will definitely be my last visit. The people there hate working apparently. Jessica who worked at 12:30 on 12-27-18 was the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She sat us down then did t say another word to me until I went up to pay. She said "do you ha e a check". Apparently she forgot she was my waitress. Awful and rude person. Plus the buffet is a bit more in Ottawa then in Morris. I pointed that out but she said I was wrong because they have the same owners. Um I went to Morris, it's cheeper. Either get better employees or you will lose all your business.
