Excellent steak house. Drove an hour to make it for dinner. Steaks cooked as ordered and to perfection. Sides were delicious. Ordered the house marinated ribeye with honey glazed carrots, spinach salad with hot bacon dressing, and twice baked potato. There are plenty of offerings on the menu for non steak options, too. Highly recommend.

Always loved this restaurant but my husband and I were very disappointed with the bar service on a Saturday night. There should be a designated bar bartender that would be enthusiastic about having customers, and would make your drink in front of you and not in a back room somewhere. This was not the case so we did not stay for dinner and went to another restaurant near by for a much better experience where we felt welcome and the food was amazing.

Atmosphere is very nice and has a good feel but the restroom location is horrible. Literally in the dining room. The prices of steak are outrageous. I wanted a ribeye until they told me it was $53 for an 18 ounce steak so I ended getting Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and scallops for $32. The fettuccine was overcooked as were the shrimp which were like rubber. The scallops were very mushy but actually tasted ok. Honestly I have had far better at Olive Garden. I must say the cooked carrots were very good as was the spinach salad and bread. I had brownie with ice cream for dessert and I should have saved the $10. Brownie was dry and crumbly. The waitress was excellent and very attentive so no complaints there. My wife also had a pasta dish for $28 and had the same experience with her food. Overcooked pasta and shrimp. Very disappointing experience overall and very expensive for lousy food and bathroom in the dining room.

Come hungry, be patient with the service, and enjoy the delicious food. Be aware that the menu online is outdated. All steaks and prime rib are market price (Feb 2024) of $50 or higher. The atmosphere is more of an upper scale restaurant. There were only 2 servers on a Sunday night with the full restaurant. Service was minimally attentive and the hostess/bartender was overwhelmed. Only positive things to say about the food.

My husband and I went in on February 17, 2024. Walked out after waiting an hour and 20 minutes without even getting our food. This is after 2 tables were seated 15-20 minutes after us and they got their food. This was our first and last time going there. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

A friend of mine and I ate at Woodys on 02/15/24.. We both ordered the ribeye. We couldn't attest to the quality of the meat becuase it tasted like vinegar and BBQ sauce. We both ate about 3 or 4 bites and both agreed it wasn't eatable. We told the waitress that we couldn't eat the meat because of the horrible taste. She said she would mention it to the cook and bring our check with no offer to replace the dinner with something else. She brought our checks & I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came to our table and immediately said, " These steaks are marinated and it says so on the menu." We said they tasted like vinager. She said they are marinated in Worcestershire sauce. She removed the charges for our appetizer and the two glasses of wine. A man came out of the kitchen and seemed upset and was very rude telling us he's sold 1000 of these steaks. Each steak was $55. Our steaks were terrible, the staff was rude, & we got a bill for over $120 for a dinner we couldn't eat. Neither of us took anything home. We would not recommend this place.

Food was excellent but very expensive.Service was sub par . Maybe it was just our waitress but for 310 dollars I expect the servers to be knowledgeable.I was not

My husband went to Woody's for a steak dinner on Jan 28, 2024 in the evening and when we walked in the building the one waitress looked up at us and mumbled, "Great." How awkward that was. Still, no hello or greeting. An old couple eating welcomed us in and we were then greeted and sat down. Our waitress we had was nice, but our Porterhouse steak that was ordered by both of us was so unappealing and unappetizing. The steak was ordered at medium and it came out gray, looking boiled, no flavor, the fat was snappy and tough, the meat was hard to cut through and tough, as well. Our bill was $117 for two horrible pieces of steaks and is was such a disappointment and kind of angered me that they would even give this out. We just left and will never go back again. Staff needs training in basic politeness and manners when working for someone's business. Cook should be embarrassed sending that out, but it was late and I'm sure they were trying to get us out.

This place is definitely worth it, made reservations and had to wait a little which was longer than said , reason for 4 stars but we had appetizers French onion soup and a jumbo shrimp cocktail which was very good , we also ordered fettuccine Alfredo and the prime rib dip sandwich both were delicious, definitely will visit again they had a lot of delicious looking food to try and a big wine list for those who enjoy the wine

Wait staff ruined the experience. Asked host a question at arrival and were met with arrogance. One waitress walking by loudly said “are you serious”. Server didn’t bring soft drink after asking three times and never apologized. She basically stopped serving us once the food hit the table. Food is ok but not worth the $65 price tag for filet medallions…
