I love Arby's food. This location is terrible. I live in Palatine and refuse to go to this location. I never know if they are open. All the lights are always off. The big sign on the street is always off. The parking lot lights are never on. There are no lights on inside or outside. When you pull up to the drive though, they take forever to acknowledge you are there. Then they get your order wrong or forget to to give you some of your order. They really need to get a staff that actually cares and does their jod. This location was great until about 2 years ago. Complaining has dine nothing but get me blown off. I will be going to the Arlington Heights location from now on.

The arbys's double is hit or miss at times for me, sometimes it's great sometimes not to my taste. The one complaint I have is each time I have ordered crinkle fries I get home and there are curly fries, not good getting home and finding the wrong fries, happened twice last two orders no matter what,

I'll start this off saying I love Arby's food, especially when they have the pecan chicken salad sandwich. However, this location is always slow and I've gotten raw chicken tenders on multiple occasions. ? I don't mind the wait, but when I have to wait nearly 10 minutes to get undercooked food, it's frustrating.

Simple order of a beef n cheddar and a chicken club wrap. Waited pretty long for Arby's to receive the wrong order. Went in to exchange and ended up with a classic beef and the wrap. Couldn't get my order right. The wrap was ripped (see picture), and the lady taking the orders wasn't wearing a mask. I would avoid this location.

I don’t normally do reviews but I can’t believe how horrible my experience was at this location. I came in about 11:30 and waited for at least 7 minutes before someone took my order. There was a gentleman before me and two after me. My order was 8 beef and cheddar, one plain beef, 3 curly fries and one regular fries. The drive through was also busy. It took over 1/2 hour to receive my food and that was after all the customers who came in after me and a lots of drive through people received their food. I did not receive one of the curly fries and received an extra plain beef. This is not fast food I understand that they were short handed however it seemed like only one of the workers actually cared and tried to fill orders. There was one worker just standing doing nothing and many people came in and left right away. Also people were leaving the drive thru line and one even asked for their money back. I will go elsewhere the food was not worth it.

One of the best customer experiences at the drive thru I've received at a long time. Chris was awesome and very good food. Asked for some sauce on the side to try. No problem. Prime Rib Cheesesteak was great and "the beef was on the bun" on my classics so I had a great experience. Give this man a raise on customer service. Well done. Also no wait time at drive thru and food was hot.
Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had sadly. Staff was pleasant but not enough for me to spend that much for a subpar sandwich

This location has never been fast; however, the food has gone downhill. I don't know what has changed... But when I got my roast beef sandwich the beef wasn't even on the bun.

Manager at the window was awesome. We ordered just snack fries for my girls. She gave them happy mea toys and made new fresh fries batch and came outside and gave it to us. Thank you for amazing service. Kids were so happy. ????. I wish more people like her worked in fast food.Sorry this review is for Arbys on Rand rd, Arlington hts. I get home and I’m missing all the extra things I had paid for and now I feel completely ripped off since the staff could not follow simple directions. Will not be returning to this location. The staff also gave me and my husband stale old bread. The meat was extremely dry. Just all around poor service.

Walked in like 20 minutes ago and waited a decent amount of time for somebody to acknowledge me. I couldn't hear the guy taking my order because he was mumbling through his mask and they were blasting a political talk station, which isn't what I want from my Arby's experience, so we ate at the park across the street. My beef n cheddar sandwich tasted crispy and my fries were burnt to a crisp. I will be going elsewhere next time I'm looking for a meal in the area.
