Very friendly service and great burgers. Had been looking forward to coming here for a long time and finally made it. We were sat in a reasonable time for a busy Friday evening. Good selection of food choices. Can't wait to come back.

We had heard such great things about Brandt's. We heard the burgers are really good, so we finally had to try it for ourselves. We assumed this has to be good because the restaurant is busy every time we drive by it, doesn't matter what day or time. The restaurant is a house, decent size parking lot, but when you enter it looks like it has the early 90's decor and hasn't changed. There's a bar area as you walk inside then greeted with a host stand in the middle of the restaurant. It's pretty tight and cramped inside. Our waitress was really nice and helpful. Service and the food came out quickly. On this visit we both ordered a burger and a side of onion rings. The onion rings were tasty, crispy, and good portion size. Unfortunately, the burgers fell a little short. I ordered mine medium, and it was closer to medium well, wasn't really juicy, but it wasn't dry. The main flaw is the lack of flavor on the burger. If you like good burgers, you know exactly what I mean. A solid burger shouldn't lean on a bunch of toppings. It should be juicy and full of flavor from the patty alone. Based on getting so many recommendations on Brandt's, we'll give them another try, thinking maybe it was an off day. I'm hoping the burger redeems itself, but we plan to try other items on the menu. Brandt's had that neighborhood vibe with regulars, I'm thinking that's why it's always so busy, which is great. Hope the food stands up to that. ** update based on the owners reply - thank you for your reply and suggestion. Based on this info we'll try the other burgers, looking forward to trying Brandy's again.

My first time here today and had a great experience. I had a burger and it was fantastic. My wife had the ribs and they were great too. The baked beans were so good I even bought a side to go home. Definitely recommend and we'll be back soon with the rest of the family!!

Great classic big burgers. I recommend only going in the summer when the patio is open as the inside is really really small and cramped and makes for an unpleasant meal sometimes. Food is great tho.
This place has been around for a few decades and has a great following. They have a great set up especially with all the colorful Adirondack chairs. And they have a great selection of burgers which are pretty darn good. The sides are tasty along with their other offerings. However, some of there servers can be a bit on the "missing a couple marbles" side. There has not been an occasion where I've gone with friends that the server (and we get different ones each time) screws up the bill. One time they took cash out first then rang up the credit cards and couldn't figure why it wasn't working right. Another, they didn't split the bill correctly. Both occasions took over 40 minutes each to fix. The last time I went, the food was meh. Maybe an off night, but consistency is not there. With so many good burger joints and Brandt's calling themselves one, they should do better. If they can fix their consistency issues along with training their servers to ring up a bill, they'll be in a better place.
