I didn't even place my order, I’m so disgusted. At 12:45 pm, there was zero toilet paper, paper towels, or soap in the women’s restroom. The manager said because people steal it. They’re all locked aside from one stall. What makes it worse is the thought of employees not washing their hands after using the bathroom …… so disgusting and irresponsible! Do better! It’s not difficult.

This BK has it going and it shows. Correct order on the last 4 drive thru's (thats big...lol). People are friendly and service was quick. Download their app and get deals and crown points. Only second 5 star rating for a fast food joint in 6 yrs. The double Texas wopper was honestly great and hot....yes it was medium hot.

Quite disappointed in the not warmed, stale cookies :(. 8pm crew not on point. I was asked if I wanted to add bacon on to my impossible whopper! I’m not factoring that into my rating of the food, but it is shocking.

I had an onion ring craving. Went to the local Burger King and placed my order. It was $3.32 and I gave $4. I already calculated that I was supposed to get $.68 back. I was given $.65. The cashier gave me a look when I told him that he shorted me $.03 but he did hand it over. I wonder how many other people are not paying attention to their change and where the extra money is going. This is not the first time this is happened to me at this location. It's usually $.02-$.04. However, it adds up over time.

Waited about 10 minutes for an online order and not sure for what. The restaurant was dead, not a single customer and none of my food was made fresh... if it had been, I don't mind waiting but get it together.

Absolutely unacceptable service!!! Clearly couldn't get a simple order right. This was outrageous and honestly unprofessional. I found Burger King to be very inclusive when it comes to plant based food options. I regularly visit Burger King since it is one of very few places where I can get plant based burgers. Unfortunately this visit was not up to my standards as I simply asked for an impossible whopper at the drive thru, I paid and I parked in their lot. I had taken just one bite and knew instantly that this was not plant based as it was a real whopper. I was in disbelief so I went back into the drive thru and explained my situation. I pulled up to the window and one of the ladies accused me of not ordering my food properly, which is not true!!! She seemed very un phased and went into the back to remake my order. This time she came back with my impossible whopper, but with the toppings on that I had specifically asked to be take off.Overall not even worth coming back, I lost my patience and found no reason for a simple order to be this hard. Also I basically paid for ice in my drink instead of the actual beverage.

This is our local Burger King. We keep trying to give them a chance to give us decent food. We dined in and asked for our burgers to be cooked fresh, that's not what we got. Obviously we were served burgers that were cooked the night before. My cheese was literally coagulating as if it had been put on the night before and left in the warming tray for 24 hours. I'm not sure what happened but we didn't get them. Both my wife and I worked in the fast food industry and we know the difference between fresh and left in the warming tray overnight. The employee who was working didn't seem to care and also complained about having to work 6 days a week. We were poisoned the last 3 times we ate there. I know this because I only eat once a day and all 3 times that was the only thing I ate all day. It gave me severe stomach acid and horrible diarrhea. I will NEVER go back again! This place needs to be closed PERMANETLY. We spoke to friends of ours who live in the area and all reported having a similar experience. It's a shame because its a good location and nice inside. Take my advice unless you want to get sick don't eat here. This is the next day and I am still burping up acid, although my diarrhea has subsided. Bacteria can grow on food within 45 minutes. Obviously our food had lots of bacteria on it.

Fries were terrible. Took longer than usual in the drive thru (2pm on a Sunday). Got home with the rest of the food and the whopper was warm at best.Edit: 7-31-23Went back for an online order. Purposely waited 15 minutes to get there to avoid a wait during breakfast. Got to the restaurant and the order wasn't even started. No wonder they are struggling. There's no way this place is going to stay in business unless there's a major overhaul. What happened to this store. It's not like the staff is rude but they really don't seem like they want to be there. That was unfortunately our last visit to this location or Burger King in general.

I ordered two burgers plain, a fry and a chocolate milk . I asked for chocolate milk and repeated a few times along with the rest of my order and i got a chocolate milk shake. Not to mention she quoted me a price at the screen and then a higher different price when I got too the window. After waiting longer than expected considering I was the only one in drive threw and no one was ahead of me either. When given my food not only was I missing a fry i also never received a receipt either.
