The cook(s) at this location needs to be promoted. The food is always delicious and very well prepared. This is not my closest location but I always order from there despite the longer drive. With that being said, the customer facing staff has an attitude problem. Big time! We usually get take out, so we don’t have to deal with that.

RACIST/PREJUDICE PEOPLE HERE. DO NOT COME. Every time I walk in here I’m “welcomed” with dirty looks and attitudes. Last night was my final straw. I ordered a chicken bowl and went home and opened my bag and a note saying “call customer service ran out of chicken” was attached. I walked in and I was the only one there. They all looked at me as if I was the one who made them run out of chicken!? And didn’t tell me nothing. I then called customer service and she was even more rude. They even added gauc on my bowl and I’m highly allergic. I will be contacting a lawyer because this is insane.

There is no good service at all on palatine location.This is my 2nd post. And 2nd time and last, I stopped at this location. I don't know what the area manager is waiting to do something. The same crew. Tall african skini guy. Bad actitud. He wasn't friendly at all. Instead, he helped me, He tried to command me how to order my food. Just bad actitud no customer care skills so rude. I asked to talk to de manager, and he was on a phone call. They ask a crew from the kitchen to take care of me. I asked if he was a manager too, He said yes, but don't help me on what I was complaining about his other crew members. As a manager, he doesn't have the skills to be in that position. I just walk out very disappointed. And I never back to this store on palatine over the dundee rd. Just one last thing. We spent several hundreds of dollars per month. And for the poor skills of 1 crew member, you lost a customer forever. Good job, Chipotle. I have been a customer since 2007. Sadly, I can see how everything is changed for a bad.

This is without a doubt the worst Chipotle location that I've ever been to. I've had recurring issues with pick up orders. In the past several months, two of my orders were not made when I arrived even though the app said that they were completed, and twice I brought my order home to find that it was completely wrong. It wasn't just that they forgot an ingredient, none of the ingredients were correct. The last time, I asked to speak to the manager and he was aloof and seemed annoyed that I speaking to him. He asked someone to remake my order and she made the incorrect burrito again. The staff here will make three burritos in order to get one correct. One time, I tried going through the line so I could watch them and he kept putting in the wrong ingredients on even though I was telling him exactly what I wanted. The staff is also in dire need of training because they struggle to roll up burritos and I don't get anything extra. My order is a standard size burrito. The service here is absolutely abysmal. The staff completely ignores you until you make a concerted effort to get their attention and they look at and treat you like you're an annoyance to them. This location is in dire need of a visit from a district or regional manager to correct all of the service issues and maybe replace the staff with better employees. If you are considering visiting this location, don't. Just go up the street to Qdoba or spend a little more timing driving to a better Chipotle location. It will be worth the extra commute time. I don't want compensation in the form of free food. I just want this location to do better.
