It was my first time at Cousins Subs, and it didn't disappoint! The veggie sub was delicious, fresh, and filling! I paired it with regular-size fries, and the sandwich and fries were huge portions. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant was clean! I'll be back!

Love their bread! Old time true submarine sandwich. Just wish they had drive thru. Italian cold cut sub is the best!

I was very excited to visit this Cousins because it’s been years since I had a sub from any Cousins. The food was on point! Just like the ones in Milwaukee. Surprisingly the place was dead as a door knob. I was the only customer there two days in a row when I went.The reason for the 3 star is because the women’s bathroom was DISGUSTING. The toilet had old urine all over the seat and there was a ring inside the toilet. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned in days. I gagged upon walking in and decided to just hold it.This was the second time I went and that made me not wanna ever go back. The lobby was very clean and the area where the make the sandwiches looked clean but the bathroom was gross.

I tried this place because my boyfriend is a big fan of their sandwiches. I can't remember the sandwich I ordered but it was a pretty decent one. I'd definitely go back but not anytime soon Check it out for yourself.

I ordered the roast beef sandwich and the meat had a bad odor and a bad taste.Made me sick to the stomach ??
i moved to palatine almost a year ago and so glad to have found this place! i’ve been ordering from the app and it is always ready pretty quickly, no issues with any of my orders so far:)

The sandwiches are very good but the guy who I believe is the owner because he’s always the only guy that’s there is very rude and the mac & cheese is always cold and sometimes when you come here he tells you that it’s going to take 20 minutes when it’s a fast food restaurant and fast food doesn’t take 20 minutes I have been to the one I think in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and that one is much better and there’s sandwiches at that one is fresher

These are by far the worst subs out there. Stay away unless you like old old bread and salty salty ingredients. I don't think they season with anything but salt. This is horrible. Not coming back ever

Ordered 2 ham subs. Bread was wrong on one, and old and hard. Cheesecurds were burnt. Not a lot of ham either. I'll stick with jersey mikes, they're always good and fresh.Dietary restrictions: None

Alright, that's nice that Cousins Subs wants to rectify the situation with me. They have not contacted me directly, they said in the reply on Yelp to go to their Cousinssubs. Com website but their is not a place their to do anything regard ME. Yes I could spend more of my time trying to actually discuss my situation, writing this is way past my patience for the lack of class at Cousins. You'd think they could at least contact me with a link to something to help change my mind about them. I am moving on, not going to waste anymore time on this....
