8/19/23 6pm. Stopped into order a Boston Chocolate Malt. The one only person serving customers replied we don't have those.As she stood there with a dumb look on her face. I asked her to get her manager. You know the one you have been calling for help prior. Do to a large number of customers.So then appears this manager with a real bad attitude and said we do not have those.With a smarky little know of all punk face.I preceeded to explain what it is and how to make it. Her response again we don't have that.Once again I explained how to make it and in formed her that I have had them made for before. Answer, to bad.SOLUTION""" YOUR FIRED.PUNK

Very very stingy for giving you extra add ons and toppings even though when you are clearly paying for it as it states right there. Only reason i do not like this location is they do what they want and never listen to their customer because the same thing has happened in the past where we did ask for extra amount of toppings for our blizzards even after paying arm and a leg for them and we were given even less of the usual amount the other locations give you without askin for extra. Very poor and slow service is another reason to avoid this spot and not to mention how unhygienic their back of the counter looks.

Very friendly staff, and the manager was so nice. They were extremely precious in dealing with the kids! Best DQ in my experience!

This was a horrible experience for my granddaughter and myself. the place was not clean to begin with and neither were the servers. I asked for a cone for my granddaughter and the girl puts it in a cup. when i told her i wanted a cone she insisted i said cup and rolled her eyes. I told her i wanted my money back. She then proceeded to ask for the change. i threw it on the counter and she threw my money on the floor. I called her a female dog word and she called me an old hag. She was a real piece of work. Never go back there again. I wish i could find the owner.

Nothing like a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard after a long day at work. I treat myself and family once a week just because. I justify whole heartedly, because I’m worth it!! Great fast staff and they’re quick with the orders!!

Ive been going to this place since elementary school and I always order a cotton candy blizzard(im 24 now). This is the only dairy queen I know that consistently has cotton candy blizzards because I didnt even know it was a seasonal or special at other dairy queens until I tried to order at other locations and they looked at me funny. Ya, some dude there can be hella grumpy when he works buuuut I overlook that since this place is reliable. My sister is scared to talk to the guy when he works tho(shes 17) as she has social anxiety. Anyway, would recommend if you want a cotton candy blizzard. Woop.

My wife and I stopped in after visiting Sparrow’s Nest.We ordered 2 sundae's. We really enjoyed them and staffwas nice.
The girl working was super sweet and personable. I have a 3 and a half year old daughter and she put a song on for her. Ice cream is always good but the customer service here is amazing as well.

You can tell by the Owner responses to some of the reviews regarding this location that DQ doesn't give a dang. I hope it closes permanently and not sure why it is still there. Overpriced Dilly bar 6-pack-$9.99!!?? I should have left it there. Employee at the counter (man with beard) did not seem to want to be there or answer questions in a polite manner. No one else was in the store (at least customer-wise). Had to ask for a receipt and a bag. It's ice cream. I'm just supposed to carry the box of ice cream bars as is? I will say though that he asked for my photo ID, which I have written on the back of my credit card, which was the right thing to do.

What appeared to be the owner/manager was very polite and friendly and provided great service. The young girl that served our ice cream didn't smile or say anything and acted like she was being forced to be there otherwise probably would have been 5 stars.

I took my kids to DQ today. My son was complaining that I ordered him a small blizzard instead of a medium. The man working made the blizzard in a small cup then dropped it in a medium cup. He announced the medium blizzard was ready to go. He made my son's day and I got a quick laugh. Thanks for being awesome!
