My friends and I had ordered a pizza and cheese bread online. The food was great and arrived in a short amount of time. We did not have the money to tip, so we chose "No tip" online. When our driver arrived, he handed us the phone to leave a tip, even though we had already pressed the no tip option online. Then feeling obligated, we left a tip. We barely had money to pay for food, let alone tip. I feel that a customer should not be judged on whether or not they tip, as some people (like us) simply just can't afford it.

I waited for my pizza 1.5 hrs , I had 15 hungry kids and needed only simple cheese pizza.Driver is absolutely rude, he doesn’t even know what is customer service means.The store doesn’t pick up the phone!Pizza was cold and not eatable! Absolutely garbage!

This is the 3rd time i order pizza for delivery. It arrives cold due to the delivery guy making so many different stops. Unacceptable we are paying delivery to ensure it gets delivered on time.

wow it's so amazing!!edit: as much as I like to order at this dominos, I hate to say this but the quality has dropped a bit. the pizza is now pretty greasy, causing a very small pool of oil to accumulate in the center of the pizza, the slices are hit or miss in which some slices are bigger than others, saw one of the cooks straight up pour that garlic oil they use on the crust AFTER the pizza is cooked (I don't know if it was always like this) either way, the inside is nice, employees are nice too(p.s. use the coupons on the app/website, they are lifesavers!!!)
There was a mix up between orders and Randy went above and beyond to rectify the mix up. It was great customer service. Mind you it was not a big deal, Randy made me feel like people still care in the service industry.

I wish you could give no stars! This store is horrible ordered food for delivery at 4pm on Friday night all I ordered was pizza bread. At 445pm called the store got some super rude girl who said the order was out for delivery then she said the food was still at the store and it would be another 20 minutes asked for the manager 4 times before she finally got him on the phone. His name was Randy he didn't seem to care how his employees talked to customers! I finally canceled my order Randy then called me a white trash bitch! Who ever is the owner of this chain should hire new employees. I know its hard to get good help with a manager that is allowed to be racist and use fowl language to customers you will be out of business in no time...Worst service ever

Giving it 5 stars in that I've ordered dozens of times. Pizzas have always been made exactly as I ordered. I get delivery; and pizzas are always quick to get to me and still hot. Love the variety of ingredients, salads, and breads. OK, it's just a carryout/delivery pizza place - but I've never been disappointed and often pleasantly surprised at how fast I get my food!
