It was a HORRIBLE experience at this place. The food was ok. None of the workers wanted to do their job. While another woman was actually taking and making an order, they were arguing on who will take my order which none of them wanted to. Don’t go here and I will for sure not be going again.

This is definitely the worst Dunkin in the area. Inside is usually a sticky dirty mess, when you can actually make it inside. The doors are usually locked by 8PM although the whole place is lit up. Not an employee to be seen. The last chance I gave them was a Friday night. Place all lit up, doors locked. It was 8:30 I figured a Friday night surely they would be opened. HA! Jokes on me. So I went to the drive thru. Menu board was all lit up. I waited 6 minutes and no one ever came to take my order. Never again will I try. I'm not sure how they stay in business. Maybe corporate should look to taking this dump back again. It's an embarrassment to the company. I ended up at the 24 hour Dunkin in Schaumburg. Well worth the out of the way drive. I will gladly spend my money there.

I live and work very close to this Dunkin Donuts, they are constantly getting my order wrong so I have to pull over coming out of the drive thru just to make sure everything was right. Well on the morning of Saturday the 24th I had just dropped off my boyfriend where we work (yes we work together and we're okay with it) and I went to go pick up my order. Now they had something new on their menu and I wanted to try it because it sounded yummy. Well I order through the app because I have social anxiety and it's easier for me, now the app didn't say they were out of this item so I didn't think anything of it, anyways I picked up my order and I noticed something wasn't right so I checked the bag and the one part of my order was missing. Well I went in and asked for it and they told me that at this location they had it at that location but they didn't have it at that location. I was a little confused and then one of the guys that I usually get my order from asked if I wanted something else and I told them no it's okay. He kept asking me if I wanted something else and I said no that's okay and I left. So I called cooperate (which I never do) because this wasn't the first time and I spoke to someone there and she apologized for my experience and this that and the other thing. She said I could get a refund and she'd talk to the manager Leticia (she was super nice) and that we can get it resolved so I was happy with that. I talked to Leticia and she offered my money back (which I didn't get the full amount) and that item for free and a free drink of my choice. So I went in Monday to do this and spoke to Adriana (seems I'm not the only one with issues with her) and she was snarky and very rude to me. She reprimanded me and told me next time to come into the store to get a refund if we're out of an item. That way I don't call to complain (she literally said that to me) and we can get you your refund. We're supposed to turn it off on the app if we don't have it (then why didn't you) but next time come into the store for a refund or we just give you something else. She made me feel so ashamed of myself for calling that I almost didn't want the item they were out of or the drink. She even said I come to the location a lot so I should've known. How am I suppose to know if you're out of something or not and I was told by someone else the last time this happened that I had to go through the app to get a refund. I also started the interaction with asking her if she needed to see the e-mail and she interrupted me and said "I saw the e-mail I see all the e-mails" Oh I told the lady from cooperate and Leticia that I've been told by their staff members that they can't turn things off on the app that it's cooperate that has too and Leticia said that's not true they probably just didn't know how to do it, so then teach them how to do it maybe... After that interaction I will not be returning to Dunkin Donuts, I don't need to feel ashamed of myself. If I EVER do go to a Dunkin Donuts again it will NOT be that one..the level of snarkiness and disrespect is ridiculous.

Ohaiyo !!

❌❌WARNING GUYSSSS DONUT GO HERE!!!❌❌Just look at the other reviews with terrible service and food quality listed. THIS ENTIRE SANDWICH WAS ROTTEN. Luckily didn’t swallow any. when i went back for a refund i asked for a manager and was told they only work mornings so that kinda makes sense as to the state of the store. Clearly the manager has given up on this location… please pass it off already! Or the owner! I have literally never received anything to this degree of grotesque. They are not properly storing FOOD ITEMS WHICH IS REALLY THE ONLY JOB THEY DO. NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!☠️☠️?

Diving into my local Dunkin' Donuts feels like stepping back in time to 2006, with nostalgia in every sip, albeit tinged with a bit of modern-day frustration. While the place holds a special spot in my heart (shoutout to my friend who used to work there), it seems the art of client service got lost somewhere between then and now. The order dance is always a two-step: one forward for the freshness of their goodies, one back for the mix-up that inevitably follows—thanks to a language barrier as wide as their menu. And let's talk price: it feels like my wallet's on a diet, especially when you stack it up against Tim Hortons. But hey, not all is lost; when they do fumble, it's usually like winning a small lottery of extra donuts or an accidental upgrade. Pro tip: enunciate like you're ordering through a megaphone.

Customer service at this location is one the worst I've ever experienced. Location close early then indicated, and no one answers the drive thru intercom even though the website says it's open. This has happened several times already.

For the last four years, I have been going to the Dunkin in Arlington Heights with no issues. Unfortunately, my own work schedule changed over winter break and this was the only open Dunkin close enough to get to work on time. When pulling up to the window, the woman, Adriana, seemed annoyed that anyone would dare to place an order. I got what I have gotten nearly every day for four years (Coffee and bagel bites) and staff had to be given long pauses (15+ seconds of silence) before confirming they were receiving an order. I pulled up to the window to pay and Adriana looked like she was miserable. As a person working an opening shift, I understand having really terrible mornings so I hope this was a one time instance but based on the business' ratings it does not appear to be so. I went to show my Dunkin points code and give her my card. I did not realize that my GPS had come up on the screen and my QR code did not show. Adriana took my card and began to swipe without any other discussion. I let her know I also had a code. With a nasty face in my direction, "There's nothing there but a map." Sorry let switch that. She held up the scanner so the red laser light was in my face as she scanned. She handed me the food and the iced coffee (which was in layers, not mixed at all as is typically standard) and then my card. She said nothing else and slammed the drive through window. If there was any other place available at 4am, I would not be coming back. Unfortunately, there is not so while I do NOT recommend this Dunkin', It's a last resort option if you need it.

First they did not scan my coupon from saving points. Then they had every car pull to the front while we watched them all sit inside for about 10-15 minutes how to make a Carmel iced latte… and when we finally got it it was just a regular coffee with cream. My fiancé ordered the mint milkshake and it had the consistency of water. How can you screw up such simple orders for a Dunkin. Everyone looked to be inexperienced and I’m assuming every employee was either goofing around or intoxicated. Avoid this location go to the one by Casey’s instead never had an issue there.

Idk if it’s me but I ordered a bacon egg and cheese beagle, never mentioned anything about a plain beagle when I got to the window I told em I didn’t want the plain beagle just the bacon egg and cheese beagle, somehow they didn’t understand me after telling em like 4 times “I don’t want to purchase the plain beagle just the bacon egg and cheese” they made me wait 5 minutes and never got a beagle
