I order from here once per week. The order is always correct. Be careful when ordering delivery. I ordered for delivery and realized I accidentally forgot to add the tip online after the driver came. My fault. However, they clearly retaliated against me with my order. I ordered the beach club, and it came with no avocado spread, and the turkey tasted strange. The driver dropped the food off to me who is usually friendly. I said thanks and have a great day, and he stormed off and completely ignored me, with me not realizing what I did at the time. I've been in sales for 20 years, and would never do something like that if it was the reverse. I would have happily ran the tip over to them as soon as I realized what happened, but I feel like I was purposely retaliated against. Come on. We are better than that. Just be careful to make sure you order correctly online. I hope I am wrong, but it doesn't seem that way.

1st and last time I will ever step foot in that store. The young punk behind the counter had super bad attitude it seemed like I was a bother. He rang me up, took my money, and never changed his gloves ??? disgusting. My bill was 30.00 for two sandwiches and a bad experience!! No thanks!!

Ordered here several times and each time the delivery took over an hour. I keep wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt but will rather take my business elsewhere. I order all the time for my company and refuse to go here again.
I ordered a sandwich to a building not to far from this location and it took almost an hour. Not very "freaky fast" very upsetting due to me only having a 30 minute lunch and clicked the delivery ASAP option :(

Ordered from here yesterday. Online order and I left a 20% tip. Driver forget the drinks I had ordered. Said they were in the bag. Regular size bad with 4 sandwiches and a pickle. When I found the drinks were not there I called the store and they said they would have the driver return with the drinks. 30 minutes later, still no drinks. I called again and was told the driver would be there in 2 minutes. It wasn't 2 minutes but close enough. When I originally called I was told I could either cancel the drinks and get a refund or wait until the driver returned. I think I should have gotten a refund AND the drinks or something additional - but nothing. And there is no way to reduce a tip after a poor delivery.Last time to order from this location!

Always good service. Think it's owned by the or a local police officer/department. Which is great, you wanna support your local servicemen and women. Typical Jimmy John's so thankfully can't find a problem with the food. Have been a few times when in the neighborhood and have no problem stopping by.

I've never really been a fan of this place because of the CEO but being on a diet they are the only ones where I can get a low-carb sandwich. They're pretty good food quality but they need to change their motto. They are no freaky fast. I have to wait over an hour for them to deliver my food. There was one day I called to find out the status of my order AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME THREE TIMES! They're food is great but their employees are not.

The meat on the sandwich’s was a five, with a nice pile of meat on all of the subs we ordered, and the service was fast an friendly. That said, the topping options were just ok and the bread seemed a bit “firm”. Maybe it was a bit old (I doubt it) or maybe that is just how it is, but I prefer it to be a bit softer.VictorB
