No wonder why they got 2.7 rating. Pizza is overcooked and burnt. I Have waited there for my pizza but it was already cooked and sitting ready for more than 10 mins and they never bothered to update it in the tracker.

Very understaffed and horrible managemnt, the manager Trevor just does not care about the customers, very dirty place with pizza cutters on the floor as well as the employees picking their noses, place needs to be shut down

waited over an hour and a half for my order and never received it , when asked for an update on my online order I was given a dirty look by the counter guy , and was told my order was 17 orders BEHIND schedule!!, there’s no sense of urgency at this Location !! CHANGES NEED TO BE DONE ASAP !!

This store is being mismanaged. I ordered several hours ahead (pickup) but the order was still late. I gave them a second chance today (again pickup) and this time they were 30 minutes late. Lucky I ordered 6 hours early; the other people in the store who ordered more recently had been waiting over an hour.

Ordered a large pepperoni and order of pepperoni crazy puffs and they gave me a cheese pizza instead, as well as the cheese crazy puffs. I even saw the dude open the boxes to check the stuff so I didn’t think twice about it, obviously my mistake. Mind you I live in palatine so I wasn’t going to drive all the way back so we ate it. Lol

Walked in to order, stood there for a couple minutes at the counter. Employees never came out of back to take my order even when they could see me at the counter. Had to go somewhere else that would actually take my order lol.

I order one pizza and it took 1 hours to be done. There was only 2 people before me when I got to the store. And still had to wait another 30 minutes.
The pizzas I ordered actually tasted pretty good. My only complaint was it took longer than I expected. I just thought the whole 'hot and immediate' was a little misleading.

Rude, unhelpful staff. They often get wrong or completely lose orders. The last time I ordered from there, they lost my order and refused to refund my money. Reached out to corporate for a refund and have yet to hear back.
