Tried this place years ago and got the Pan pizza. Wasn't satisfied with it at all. Tried it again today getting the monster slice and the calzone. The monster slice is big, but not very good. It tasted like it was just a store bought frozen pizza. The calzone was soaked in grease which was also the only flavor. Let's not forget they firgot one of my drinks. Hate giving bad reviews, but I hope they take a look at their food quality. There is so much potential there with their crusts.

Deliveries take over an hour every time. Last time it took over 2hr and 10 min to get (still going since it hasn't arrived after they called to say it'll be 25-40 more min, it's been 50 more minutes since then. Never ordering from them again.

I was charged twice on one order and the owner will not refund us. We've sent screen shots of bank statements, confirmations of the single order and have been back and forth with the owner who said he'd look into it. Many messages and over a month later, we've never received a refund. Completely unethical!! My family and our business have been loyal customers since we moved to the area 8 years ago. We will not return. Be cautious if you are ordering online through their website. That's where I placed the order, it was a larger order for my business. The website would not accept any of our business cards as payment, so we used a personal card. That went through right away but several days later we noticed a second charge show up on the business account. I do not recommend them, but if you are ordering here, do not order through their website.

We placed a big order for our business, and the website would not accept our business cards. Eventually we shifted the order to a personal card. Personal card was charged with tip right away. But to our surprise, a few days later the charge showed up on our business account as well. I called and asked them to refund one of the charges, I included screenshots of the double transactions and just the one order on my account in their portal. The owner said he’d look into it, but never did. When I reached out again, he responded with excuses that he’s been traveling, and when I reached out again he stopped responding.This is completely unethical, we have reported them to BBB and requested a charge back, but wanted to let others know, especially if you are ordering through their website.
