great experience here. been to many locations all over illinois and this is definitely one of the best. my first smoothie didn’t come out right so I asked for them to remake it and they did. awesome service and the second time it came out better!

Came outside in below freezing temperatures to get a smoothie and I was told they didn’t have change for $100. As a business there should always be change for a customer. The young lady didn’t even check with her manager for change she just said let me check my drawer for change. I’ll never come back to this place you just lost a regular customer.

Ordered 2 smoothies, Slim and Trim Strawberry and Banana Boat. The Slim and Trim had a very off-putting cough syrup aftertaste and the Banana Boat was nasty, thick, and chalky. I've worked at a Smoothie King before and know how they should taste. Don't waste your time at this location and go to the Mount Prospect location instead.

Good smoothies except they are frequently under blended and with far too much ice. Blend the smoothies longer, i get ice chunks in them and also date chunks.

Probably everytime i ask for no chocolate chips sub for more bananas and they consistently don’t substitute that. I love this place but please train the workers or hire a manager who cares about the product. I feel jipped everytime. How is this considered EXTRA banana?? ?

Extremely slow service, I was charged $12 for a medium strawberry smoothie with protein added. There is no way a medium smoothie should cost over an $11. Either I was charged too much or your pricing has gone to hell since Covid.I think I'll keep to making my own smoothies!
Super strange experience. They had accidentally made the wrong smoothie, so when I told them what we had really ordered the person at the window, starts screaming at her colleague about the error. Now, it might have been the two kidding with each other because she came back to the window smiling, but it still was jarring to listen to especially with my kids in the car. Totally unprofessional.

Staff is rude, not helpful. This was my first time visiting a Smoothie King, & definitely the last to this location. Being unfamiliar with the menu I had questions, & those questions clearly annoyed the workers. The smoothie was nasty & at nearly $10 I wanted to take it back, but it just wasn't worth the hassle.

Their whey mix is disgusting. The texture of the smoothie I got was so gross, thick, and goopy. I ended up throwing out the overpriced ($10) concoction.Yikes :(

I'm usually really happy with smoothie king but this isn't my usual location. Really sucks I'm missing like an inch and a half of smoothie in a 40oz cup. $15 and I'm easily missing 6 or more of my 40oz
