We ordered ahead in the app, but when we pulled into a stall and selected the number, it told us it wasn't an available number. We switched to another stall and had thw same issue, so had to go inside to collect our order. Once inside, explained to the employee what was happening. The employee was very short in their answers and a bit abrasive. Also, I ordered a cold brew coffee drink, and it was easily one of the worst things I've ever tasted. Tasted like straight syrup, no coffee at all. I couldn't even force myself to drink it. This was our first time visiting and will most likely be our last. Not a great impression at all.

I was attended by a girl who claimed to be named Ashely and claims she was a manager but doesn’t seem to fit the standards of being a manager as she was not professional… came in happy trying to order when I was told she can’t do three orders for three different paying customers and I have never been told this at a fast food place… she was extremely rude from the start and has the biggest attitude on her face and through the way she spoke… when I had asked for an explanation as to why she can’t do three orders I was told “I have other customers in line do you want to do the same order or not” if I’m a separate customer why am I not able to place my own order ? And told either do the same order or no order at all makes no sense … she was simply to lazy to place it . I really hope she seeks happiness within because her attitude shows how miserable she is … if you are a fast food “manager” you should expect multiple orders in a night . She simply let the bad day she was having affect her professionalism… terrible customer service. It was extremely unprofessional how she acted and also told me I was unable to pay in cash I don’t understand how you wouldn’t be able to pay cash at a fast food place .. as an adult and a manager you should know how to act professionally.

Came after watching a play put on by a whole bunch of homeschool kids. And after shaming my moms gross car we went inside to enjoy the yummy food to await. Took them 20 minutes to take my order the order was for 5 ppl after ringing the bell countless times and the line growing from 6 ppl to 12 we finally got our order token than it took them 15 mins to bring out or food. by good food takes time to be made. than my brothers idiot friend took my shake and my brother took his friends shake so than i got stuck with a medium vanilla which was ok at best didn’t live up to my strawberry cheesecake shake. but the popcorn chicken was rly good accidentally took my brothers chicken and some of his friends fires my fattie self was quite happy after. 10/10 100% recommend for the good music and late night vibes.

Drive thru is the worst. They don’t take your order and make you wait till the next car moves. This time no one answer intercom and no one at drive through. Place must be going down hill and lost my business!

Food is not as good sometimes, it gets burnt more often. But, the drinks are great.
If you order for pickup and arrive 15 minutes after the food is supposedly ready for pickup, you shouldn't have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for the food to come out, which means it wouldn't have been ready on time.

No stars for this sonic!!!!!!!!Ordered a small chocolate and a small strawberry shake. The guy said they would be ready in a couple of minutes. Waited 10 minutes. The guy that took theorder walks out of the buildingand disappears. Pressed the order button again nobody answered after 3 or 4 minutes so I left. Will never go to sonic again anywhere!!!!!!!

I was so excited to see a Sonic, I hadn't seen one in a real long time since we live a lot further north . Well the burger I received was wrong. Then they made another one and brought it to the car. Then I picked up my drink and the Styrofoam cup had a hole in it and the cup holder in my car had soda in it a needed cleaning. I called them about it and they brought another drink. When my grandson and I got home we both felt sick and ended up spending a lot of time in the bathroom. We won't be eating there again anytime soon! This was the Palatine location on Dundee Road.SO DISAPPOINTED ?
