I was at this location on 3/31/23 at 3pm to get a price adjustment. The guest service person (male) was very unhelpful and rude. I wasn't even working with him as another female waited on me. He was interfering with my explanation and butting his big nose into my business, while waiting on another customer!! He told me I have to return to the original location to get this adjusted!! HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND IT FELT LIKE HE DIDN'T WANT HELP ME! HE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. IF I WAS HIS SUPERVISOR, HE WOULD BE FIRED. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! I also tried contacting the store to speak to a manager, and the phone rang off the hook!!

The security guard at this location, racially profile profile me on February 3 of 2023. She asked me if I needed help I told her no, but she still kept following me around. The security at this location made me feel uncomfortable especially being a black woman trying to shop with my 11 year old daughter and having to explain what it feels like sometimes shopping while black!!!!!

Very rude workers. Went in tonight and got wrapping paper that was in a bin with a bunch of same marked 4 bucks. I was in shelf check out and asked for help cause I was not going to pay that price. The worker looks at the sticker and goes yup 10 dollars (with a like wtf tone) takes it off the order and walks away I thought it's the holiday season but correct me if I'm wrong.

Bad attitude customer service. Not willing to help. Do not welcome guests. Do not listen to what customers have to say. She assumed and made decision to say no (not helping) right away before hearing what customer has to say. She did not try to help customer with anything. If she at least try to help, I would appreciate her willing to help. This target has low quality customer service. They do not have service mind.
the coffee had a roach in it and im suing you guys because i dont like to consume roach guts. i demand a refund from a coffee i bought in 2017. uwu

So untidy and unkept. The staff was just walking around not even cleaning up. Clothes and shoes everywhere and they did not even give a second glance. Nothing was in the right box. This is not my normal target and i will not be coming back to this place. I cant even belive this place.

I was in Palatine and I decided to drop by in Target. The store is clean and there are variety of fresh fruits in the produce section but I decided not to buy and I just head to the selections of clothes and other stuffs. I went inside not to buy groceries but to search and buy interesting items. The selections were quite organized and it was my lucky day because there was a lot of sales. I got really interested with the selection of cozy clothes and it is included on the items that are on sale. The clothes are really feels comfortable and that is what exactly I wanted especially for this season. I also found stylish and trendy kicks. I got a lot of items which I did not expect but it was a really great deal so it was worth it. There was a line in the checkout but the staff in there was fast and I did not wait and stand or long. It was a good thing dropping by in this location.
