The service was extremely rude in drive thru, the few girl who was on shift were so disrespectful when I asked for straw they just closed the window and spoke with you without any respect!!!

I use online ordering to avoid queues. Having ordered a drink through the app 7 minutes in advance, I was forced to wait inside the establishment for another 10 minutes, since my order was never ready. I saw that my sticker was hanging and no one was paying attention to it. Workers came up and took the next orders that arrived after mine. The baristas made 9 orders that arrived later and only after I asked why they were ignoring my order they started preparing it. The employees tried to refer to the fact that the system was not working correctly, although this was negligence on the part of the employees. I didn't even receive an apology and this is not the first time this has happened in this location. I use a mobile application to save my time, but in fact I get disgusting service and rude attitude from the staff.

The service is a mess. They mix up orders. They make you wait for 10+ minutes, even if you order in advance through the app to make it faster. They serve everyone else but not you. I received a sticker on my cup asking to fill out a survey in email. It also asked that if it's anything but 7 to send an email. Well since I didn't receive the survey in email, and the email listed on the sticker is cut off, I decided to leave a review instead. I would give this location an 8 if I could. They are so polite, so kind, willing to fix an mistake that may be made (very rarely happens) love this location! If google let me give more stars I would! 100% recommend this location to anyone!

Let’s start with the fact that I’m a Starbucks lover! I get Starbucks quite often so I was very disappointed with this Starbucks. Starbucks is quite pricey and I would hope they filled up your cup to the top considering how much I payed for it Mind you I haven’t taken a sip from the cup yet.
