I haven't been to Subway in quite a while, and now I remember why the sandwiches are subpar. I got pulled in by the delicious looking sandwiches on the commercial, but in reality it just doesn't match up. The store was clean. I was annoyed that the employee was content to put a broken cookie into the display case like someone actually wants to buy a broken cookie. The veggies looked like they'd seen better days, in fact he brought out a brand new bag of lettuce, & even it looked pitiful. The employee was pleasant, friendly even, and attentive. I ordered a Philly. I loaded the sandwich up, & still it had no taste, I could've been eating anything. One thing a cheesteak is not is bland, but at Subway it's the blandest, even the addition of garlic aioli didn't help. 0 stars for the food. 2 stars for the cleanliness of the store, store accessibility, parking, & the friendliness of the employee.

8/2023 5* First time visit here. The atmosphere is great. Very modern. Outlets and charging stations everywhere to work or just charge a phone while enjoying a delicious Subway sandwich. The staff was friendly and helpful. My friend ordered there, I ordered through the app. Both were handled quickly and correctly. Everything was good here. I will be back for sure!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options here!Kid-friendliness: Nice environment. Nothing for the kids to do. But safe and clean.Parking: Parking was good. Small lot, but when we were there, parking was not a problem.Dietary restrictions: Great because you can select just what you want on your food.

If you want to eat at this Subway location, don't bother with the Subway app. I have used the app many times in the last few months and I'm done! I leave a tip every time because I think it's going to help. It never does! They can't get my order right or they don't make my order until I get there.Today, I ordered 3 foot longs for 5pm. I placed my order at 4:20pm. The app showed the order was being started at 4:45 or so. The receipt is time stamped 4:44:34. I arrived at 5:00 and the app said my order was ready! But it was not ready and this has happened to me before. At 5:05 I took a screenshot from the app, that's when they started making my sandwiches. I finally received my sandwiches at 5:10pm. So what's the point of the app?
I want to rate this location 5 stars - but the last time I was here ( new years eye) I devoured my footlong and left with some monstrous diarrea not long after. If I remember right, the sandwich technician was not wearing any gloves. Tried to go shopping after having a quick bite but couldn't. This subway had me crying at the ulta. Thank god they let me in their bathroom. Anyway, I appreciate this location. You all send BOGO deals to my apartment building much too often. For those tenants that throw them out? How dare they! I dig through the trash for that shit. Although you all gave me some nasty food poisoning, and have possibly violated some food & safety regulations, I'll be back. I love me my meaty subs
