Like others have said, the manager with the dyed-orange hair and beard is terrible, angry, and confrontational.Like others have said, this location skimps on toppings.If you dare to ask them for more or hold them accountable for their cheapskate ways, they will get angry with you.If you order online and happen to walk in while they’re making your sandwich, they will demand you sit down so you can’t watch and so they’re free to skimp you without objection.This is Subway. Built on being able to watch your sandwich being made, and controlling the amount of toppings you get within reason. This location says, “nope.”Don’t come here. Go literally anywhere else where you can interact with non-confrontational employees who will simply make your sandwich without objection.

Something has changed at this location. The subs used to be really good. I went today and there was almost no meat on my "6 inch" ? sub. The bread seemed somewhat dry and flavorless. As for the churro it was inedible, like cardboard with cinnamon.I'm not sure if all Subways are like this now but it's really sad.

The meat station now has a cover so you cant see how much meat they are putting in the sandwich. And they take their time making sure you get as little as possible. The last quarter of my sandwich had absolutly no meat. And theyll still ask for a tip. Heres a tip, add a normal amount of meat so I dont eat all bread. Im never coming back.

Where do I start? The manager is a complete joke. The guy has no business being in charge of anything. He accused me of theft because I ordered twice in one day and refused to serve me and voided my online order on top of that, he wouldn’t give me a receipt until I demanded it, there is way more better places to eat. I wouldn’t spend a dime here ever again.

This review should get ZERO stars! From the moment I walked in the manager was very unwelcoming and rude. Terrible customer service. Owner/Manager had a terrible attitude towards me. I placed an online order and the owner was making my order when I walked in so I asked if they could put a topping on only half the sandwich and they proceeded to tell me that their only following my order and had a bad attitude. Next time I'll be taking my business elsewhere! Upon asking the manager for more lettuce the manager looked and said that is extra lettuce. Based on the photo there is little to no lettuce so I have no idea what he's talking about. This place skimps out on toppings. Go down the street to the subway on Palatine road and Quentin where it is much nicer and customer service is great. Twas barely any lettuce on there! Needless to say, I will NEVER come here again! The ambience was terrible and the manager continued to tell his worker to do as he's told and snapped at him! You can feel the tension when you walk in! Overall rude manager! I'm NEVER coming back!

This is our favorite carry out restaurant. It's cheap, it's pretty healthy depending on what you pick and it's located conveniently.The staff member when we dropped in to pick up our dinner was chilling by the window on their phone. There was nobody else there, it was mid afternoon. I get it, the place is slow there's nothing to do. Put a stool behind the register and at least park yourself where you look like you're running the store. It was rather unprofessional of a greeting to have a guy jump up from supposedly a break go wash his hands and quickly get ready to serve food.Ok, so unprofessional greeting aside the food was great. They have my preferred toppings on a veggie lovers in the computer and they follow them well, it's assembly line perfection. I can go back one month to another month, same taste, same quality, same exact what I asked for. This is one sandwich shop with a reliable flavor that you can reproduce easily for yourself and others. Because everything is easy to work with you can create a custom sandwich of your own creation and then share it with others and expect them at a Subway across the country to get the same sandwich provided they follow the computer.The ambiance is unimpressive, everything about the location is unimpressive. It's a carved out hole in the wall of a mini shop, nothing inspiring, nothing historic. The old location over by Citibank, that was a hole in the wall with a story to it, it was basically a flagship restaurant of that strip mall. Honestly, the decor in this location feels just as dated as the old location, and this is supposedly a new location.Unimpressive decor, not the most professional of staff, but an assembly line reliable sandwich shop and a bargain of one at that, ya just can't turn your nose up to Subway.
They are very skimpy on the toppings at this location. Their prices are also higher than surrounding locations.
