Sushi Para is a fantastic surprise! From the outside, you might not expect much, especially being on a busy street like Dundee. But wow, once inside, the sushi is amazing. For just $16.99, you can eat all the sushi you want, and it’s all so fresh and delicious. I loved everything from the miso soup to the sushi rolls. Despite the simple look of the place, the food quality is top-notch because they keep everything super fresh. It’s a great deal for such tasty food. I gave them five stars and can’t wait to visit again with my family. Everyone should try SushiPara!

Always good food at a reasonable price. Service is friendly....Update : 2 years laterI've been coming here for 7, 8, 10 years. Mostly carryout, but dine in a few times a year. I've never had an incorrect order. Everything I've eaten has been absolutely fabulous or as close to perfect as you can get. I will continue to give my business to Sushi Para so long as I live in the area. Prices are totally reasonable. I did order using Door Dash once and noticed the prices were a little higher. Understandable. A++++++ restaurantUpdate: 2 years laterService is taking a bit longer than in the past. I waited 25 minutes for a to go order. It was as if ALL of the patrons dining in were first and foremost. The order was placed ahead too, that's what I don't understand.

Food was not good. No sashimi. Nigiri 10x rice than fish. No sauce on rolls. Got a dirty old piece of rotten fish on my 2nd to last bite of my last sushi roll. It was black...... I'm lucky I didn't get sick from that & God knows what else. Rest of my meal was subpar. Rolls without sauce. Also fun fact: they charge 75¢ a sauce and they have three sauces. Oyster or fish sauce or whatever I ordered for a taxable 75¢ was watered down. Additionally the service is pretty subpar. I also gave this place 3 strikes before writing this review. Id recommend sake sushi in lake Zurich near the Walmart Sam's or better price and 10x better sushi.... Less rice more sauce more fish more options ! Another note, sushi para changed their menu each of the three times I've been here. Different options different price. Less options more price etc. just do yourself a favor don't go.

This is an all-you-can-eat to order sushi plans. This means that you order off a specific menu is many items as you want but if you do not finish the order they will charge you for each item extra. This is not a buffet. There is also regular menu that you can order from. That includes bento box type meals and hibachi and teriyaki. The sushi and roles are really nice good portions well made and excellent quality. The full Sushi menu which has a lot more variety is not part of the part of the all you can eat package.They also have a large selection of the traditional Japanese appetizers such as shumai and edamame they also have a good selection of beer.If you like it spicy I highly recommend the volcano roll.A good tip about this place is if you don't want to wait in line as they don't take reservations do not come between the hours of 6 and 7:00 p.m. as that is generally their peak time.The service is friendly but not always quick depending on how full the plane gets.If you love sushi and sashimi and you're looking for a place that is a good value in this area this place cannot be beat.
