The pizza is a joke. It was so bad, just a cheesy/doughy/sloppy mess. The beef isn't good. The bread was good! The beef wasn't. Wasted $41. The guy working the window was nice so you get a star for that. I'm an out of towner. I won't be returning. When I'm in the area.

When the Luke's on Rand in Palatine closed I was beyond devastated. I have been in search of the perfect hot dog and fries since. I was in the Palatine area today and did a Google search looking for a hot dog place. Imagine my delight to find they had reopened in a new location in July. Hands down their Bag O Fries is the biggest and the best around!

The drive thru to this location is absolutely tiny. They intentionally put tall curbs on both sides of the drive thru and I accidentally hit my car on one side damaging my rim. They intentionally put the ordering spot on a turn and they also put a curb on the other side so there is a good chance you hit the curb too.They also charge a lot for a sandwich and fries. They charged me $16 plus a credit card fee even though modern credit card readers charge less than 1%.I don't think I'd come back to this place again just due to the intentional design of this place being so rotten.

Good beef sandwich but the drive thru process is ineffective and there is no option to carry out from inside or dine in. Spent too long in the line waiting on my food. Once I got to the window, the server was friendly and personable. Good fast food that became less fast since the move to the new location.

Drove in, drove right out- all I needed to see were the prices to know that as a budget-minded consumer i will NOT be returning. I see that other reviews are praising the food, which might be great… to the average person these prices are in no way sustainable.

Luke's is one of our order out go to's. I ordered catering from them for Christmas after inquiring at the window whether they're still doing it. They gave me a private number to use. The Italian beef and meatballs got raving reviews from my guests. It was every bit as delicious as when you drive thru for a single order. I'm so glad they're back. We especially missed the fries.

The new tore and Luke's on Dundee is great once again, after several visits, food is delicious and service top notch. The bag of fries are delicious and big enough for three. The hot dogs,bun and toppings are fresh and again delicious.

Drive through only - you cannot go inside to order, which is hard if you’ve never been there. The person taking orders was helpful and spoke clearly so ordering was easy. He also knew the menu and explained options. Prices are on the higher side but the food was quite good, so I cannot complain.
