Garlic Parmesan wings. They are hit or miss though. Sometimes dry, and the fries are inconsistent. Sometimes great, other times no/next to know seasoning and soggy .When they are on things can be delicious.

The staff yesterday evening was friendly which was my first impression. The wings and fries were just done right. I prefer them to be extra crispy and as requested they did not disappoint. Keep up the great work!!!Update: Jan 2024There's a newer location in Prospect Heights by the Target on Rand and right next to the Everclean Carwash. Anyway, I initially gave the Palatine location 5 stars 6 years ago. Since then it's been downhill. Extra crispy means extra crispy. It's almost like they think we won't know the difference. Also, perhaps allow the wings to drip the oil before putting them in the boxes because they are way too greasy when you don't. I'm changing my review to 3 stars for this location because they are inconsistent.

It's not gourmet, but it's kinda close. Our family ordered delivery from the Wingstop in Palatine. We placed an order in the early afternoon and it arrived at 6:30 pm, exactly when we asked for it. It came warm, and the order was correct. We had a problem with this at another location, but this one got it right. We enjoyed the wings and other food and would order from Wingstop again.

Been going to this place for over 5 years now and my food would always vary and the fries were always soggy. But I think there's new management now and the food has been extra crispy and seasoned well. Keep it up!

This location told me it would be 20 minutes for my well done wings and fries which I already knew , but I went inside 25 mins later and they said they gave my order too someone else so they r remaking it now , but my question is how long is the wait and they said bout 30 mins so by this point I’m waiting over an hr for my food . This is absurd. Worst experience ever .

The employees eat on the line while cooking food and they’ve given us boneless instead of bone in 10 times. We took the food home and realized the order was wrong, when we came back they kept the food. Nasty. Afternoon shift Sunday
wish there was a no star option... on top of the boneless wings being prepared wrong. no ranch. really how hard is it? fries overcooked. do not order from this location please save your money.

All I gotta say is CHECK your order if it’s incorrect because over here in palatine they won’t correct a mistake that they made. 30$ is a lot I rather drive the extra 15 minutes now! They outta start recording calls!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!this food made both my friend and i throw up. i got horribly sick and kept vomiting the whole night. pretty sure it gave us food poisoning. absolutely disgusting
